This hotel was fine, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that was a problem was the wifi; it was very weak and slow.

The price was reasonable and the service was polite and provided great service. There was shopping close by therefore convenient.

Nice location. Walkable distance to shopping mall, grocery stores, and restaurants, etc. The restaurant inside the hotel is great too. It will be great if they open little bit earlier in the morning hour. Hotel staff is always professional manner and friendly.

Our maid who took care of our room was amazing.
When we left yesterday morning, we noticed a car side swiped the right side causing damage to our car between 9pm on 9.6.22 and 11:30 am 9.7.22

It's a pretty clean hotel. The only thing right now is that the gym was closed. That is understandable based on the situation. The location is great.

Great location and internal view, large gardens and nice swimming pool. Most room have direct connection to gardens and nice view. Good location in newly commercial zone of the city, large and free parking, competitive rate. Internet has some speed issues and facilities are little old, rooms need some refurbish but not major issue. In general good for what you pay.

Internet connection is limited to three devices, somewhat slow, and unstable but workable.

The pool area and grounds were well maintained, along with a children's play area and the tennis courts.
The only thing we did not like was the air conditioning system which was not working properly.

Nice hotel. Kind of old but we'll maintained. Spacious rooms. Garden is superb. Staff attentive. Great price. Since rooms are being remodeled and there is nose but just during daytime. Close to everything.

All the staff was very helpful. they are really interested in keeping guests for life.
My only complain: please improve WIFI signal. I stayed in room 251 and the signal was weak.
anyways, I definitely would choose Las Trojes Hotel again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Margaritas by the pool. Food was great, service was great. All in all, really a good hotel. Rooms seemed a little dated, but clean and well maintained.

The room I had was close to the point of needing some refurbishing but still very acceptable. It was clean and quiet, the bathroom was nice and the internet worked well without any issues!
