Very friendly staff. Good parking. Felt safe. Convenient to I-35. Clean & comfortable. Good variety at breakfast. Would stay here again.

Room was missing some pictures on the wall, lamp shade broken and hanging, there were 2 built in nooks in room that were empty. Freezer leaked water on floor. We asked for a blanket and then brought a bed skirt, we went to ask for a blanket again and return bed skirt and we’re told they didn’t have any.
We won’t stay here again.

I didn’t like that the AC was not working properly in our room. I did not like how the front desk told us that they could not comp a night of our stay due to us making a reservation through Expedia and then Expedia told us they could not refund us because the hotel was standing by their policy. So we stayed for two nights at this hotel and told the lady at the desk the AC was not working properly in our room. She was not concerned with being on her phone and laying on the couch in the lobby then making sure we had a comfortable nights sleep. Instead of moving our room on night one she said she had a fan and could see if they could move us in the morning. The following morning we were told when we asked about a refund that we would have to at Expedia as our reservation was made through a third party. Expedia said it would take them 72 hours to get back to us. So basically they wait for you to leave the property and nothing gets resolved. I will never stay at another Hampton inn or use Expedia for anymore of my travel due to the way this was handled

The hotel is in very bad shape. When I started to tell the desk clerk about issues with our room, she stopped me and said that all the rooms had issues. Our AC control on the wall didn't work, the toilet seat fell off the morning we left, the bathroom door wouldn't close and the room door was out sagging and was hard to open and close. There were large gaps at the bottom and top of the door.

Room was as expected, clean, beds were fine, bathroom good. Looked a little like the makeover of the room wasn't the best quality but for the price, it was fine for 1 night. Air conditioner was loud, but it worked, so thats all that mattered. I used the small gym area. Treadmill worked fine. Breakfast was just ok. Hot food along with cearls, fruit, and yogurt. Staff was kind.

It was nice and quite around the area. Easy access to all driving directions since we were right off the interstate. My only complaint is that the pool was not working and we really wanted to swim.

We had a very nice experience staying here staff was super sweet and helpful. We will definitely be booking again with the Hampton inn. The room were super clean the lobby was clean breakfast was good

The room was spacious and comfortable for our family. The only criticism that I have was that there was no facial soap provided. We asked the front desk if they had any, and they said they ran out and would provide when they got more. They never replenished our facial soap during our stay and resorted to using the shower gel to wash our faces.

The staff was great. No issues there. However, TV issues, air flow, and never got housekeeping on a 3 night stay. Room stated Hsk service every other day. Disappointing. Sounds like staff is trying to do their best while management company is squeezing their customers. Would’ve made a bigger stink but again, staff was doing their best with the obstacles the property is presenting them.

We got in late from a concert and the room smelled of smoke. It was really late so we just felt with it. The doors also had a hard time closing.

Manager was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. The problem with our room was we were given a handicap room even though when he asked we told him we did not need one. Toilet would barely flush. You had to hold the handle down to get it to flush completely. There was mold on the grout of the tile floors and all in the shower which is very unhealthy. The water when showering ran out into the floor and got the floor and our bags wet. Roaches were seen too. Not enough toilet paper or coffee for the length of our stay. No soap in the bathroom.

It started out good, however it went downhill once we went to bed. The a/c would keep the room cool. The bed got very uncomfortable, so lots of tossing and turning. We won't be staying again.

The room was very humid and sticky-feeling. Staff were nice but looked overworked. Accommodations were dilapidated and certain aspects of the room such as the curtains and bathroom ventilation fan were broken. Room smelled funny and sheets did not feel clean.

Special thanks to this property and its staff for making our stay so convenient. They went the extra mile letting us check in a little early so we were able to enjoy Baylor Graduation. The staff was very personable and took the time to ensure our stay was above our expectations. Our room was well stocked, clean, and professional.

Our recent family stay at
Hilton in Waco had its highs and lows. Unfortunately, the rooms assigned to us were right next to the storage and elevators, leading to noise disturbances from the loud hydraulic system and unpleasant odors. The room's cleanliness was also lacking, with visible stains on the carpet and sheets, and the AC unit was excessively loud.
On a brighter note, the hotel offered fantastic amenities, and the breakfast was exceptional, with a clean dining area. The receptionists were attentive and helpful, which we appreciated. The pool area and fitness room were also highlights of our stay.
Moreover, the hotel's location near various restaurants and a walkable Starbucks was convenient. While our stay had its drawbacks, the excellent amenities and attentive staff partially offset them, though improvements in room maintenance and noise control are needed for a truly enjoyable experience.
