I didn’t like that the AC was not working properly in our room. I did not like how the front desk told us that they could not comp a night of our stay due to us making a reservation through Expedia and then Expedia told us they could not refund us because the hotel was standing by their policy. So we stayed for two nights at this hotel and told the lady at the desk the AC was not working properly in our room. She was not concerned with being on her phone and laying on the couch in the lobby then making sure we had a comfortable nights sleep. Instead of moving our room on night one she said she had a fan and could see if they could move us in the morning. The following morning we were told when we asked about a refund that we would have to at Expedia as our reservation was made through a third party. Expedia said it would take them 72 hours to get back to us. So basically they wait for you to leave the property and nothing gets resolved. I will never stay at another Hampton inn or use Expedia for anymore of my travel due to the way this was handled

Room was as expected, clean, beds were fine, bathroom good. Looked a little like the makeover of the room wasn't the best quality but for the price, it was fine for 1 night. Air conditioner was loud, but it worked, so thats all that mattered. I used the small gym area. Treadmill worked fine. Breakfast was just ok. Hot food along with cearls, fruit, and yogurt. Staff was kind.

It was nice and quite around the area. Easy access to all driving directions since we were right off the interstate. My only complaint is that the pool was not working and we really wanted to swim.

We had a very nice experience staying here staff was super sweet and helpful. We will definitely be booking again with the Hampton inn. The room were super clean the lobby was clean breakfast was good

The room was spacious and comfortable for our family. The only criticism that I have was that there was no facial soap provided. We asked the front desk if they had any, and they said they ran out and would provide when they got more. They never replenished our facial soap during our stay and resorted to using the shower gel to wash our faces.

Nice sized rooms, cool air, hot water.nice breakfast Great pool for kids. Could not get remote to work on tv. Didn’t matter, kids had their own devices to watch.

The staff was great. No issues there. However, TV issues, air flow, and never got housekeeping on a 3 night stay. Room stated Hsk service every other day. Disappointing. Sounds like staff is trying to do their best while management company is squeezing their customers.
