We knew we got the right place at check in. Girl was friendly and quick. All staff we ran into were polite. Breakfast was fine and location was near to all we wanted to see and do.

The staff was very friendly. The facility was located to close too the freeway, it was very noisy.

We recently stayed at the Fairfield Hotel in Waco, and it was both comfortable and conveniently located near Baylor. The service was great—getting clean towels daily was easy, with no fuss. Overall, a hassle-free and pleasant stay!

I had a pleasant stay, helpfull staff. Highway in front of Hotel is a bit loud. A room at the back of the Hotel solved that problem.

Hotel is dingy and smells old and musty. Our doorframe was broken. Hotel overall just looks nasty. No plug for bathtub, fridge doesn't get very cold. AC doesn't either. For the price, not worth it.

Overall it ik was ok. Everything you would expect from BW . If were to stay there again, I would request the 3rd floor and the side away from I35 as it was very noisy.

The front desk service was outstanding, the rooms were clean and bright, the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. The outdoor pool was also nice and refreshing.

I would not call this a BW Plus - more like a Minus. Old, not upgraded to current expectations. Mini-fridge not working. Located right by the highway access road, with high traffic noise. Definitely would not recommend this location.

When we checked in went up to the room walked in there’s a big whole on the floor behind the door to the point you can see completely in the floor I went back downstairs to front desk and explained how up safe that was especially if I would have had a child with me but continued to say they had no other rooms available and it was already almost 11 pm so I stayed but I really hope they fix this problem because once again very unsafe..

Very clean, good comfortable bed. Lighting in bathroom left a lot to be desired. Would stay again for the price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to make some changes without complications. Liked the lobby and stairway to the second floor. Room showed some aging and needed some repairs (example: drawers kept opening and one was taped shut).

Inacceptable noise level from highway due to inappropriate windows - expect bad nights if you stay.
After bad night: Warm breakfast option chosen but no eggs, no bagels, no ketchup offered.
Customer disappointed - management did not care.

I was very disappointed in this Best Western Plus. Although it appeared clean at first glance, when we lifted the double shade in the window, the corners on the window sill had a large amount of black mold growing there. It was disgusting!
