Room appeared very clean and stocked. Hotel itself if in need of updating, location was fine.

Needed a 2 night stay & the affordable rate was great. Shout out to Gladys for the upgrade and she's always a positive ✨️ note upon departure.

We stayed for a concert at the arena next to mall. This was the cheapest within 2 miles of the arena plus we have stayed at a Wyndham before. The check process was easy and the women was very pleasant. The hotel is so date , popcorn ceiling peeling/falling down , carpet is red but is dirty and has bleach marks& the elevator is hit and sounds like it could break at any moment. Getty the 3rd floor to our room and the room big space as it was a king room, view of front parking lot. The carpet in the room was definitely dirty , the wall behind office chair was chip so many times form chair hitting the wall. Bathroom was date , rust marks and we did see a small roach in the tub. Overall I would not recommend this place spend a little more money.

Terrible service from the start. Booked a room with a King size bed, but was told they over booked and only had two full size beds available. Never offered a discount or any kind of compensation for the downgrade.

This hotel used to be a good One for a good price, but this time it not dirty, but extremelly dirty, smell was terrible.

Hotel was cheap and cheerful, in desperate need of refurbishment, very tired and old. Breakfast was not so good as the dishes were polystyrene and very limited choice, but it was cheap to stay there.

This hotel needs updating. The plug in the sink didn’t work and the phone to the front desk didn’t work either. We told the staff and they were going to take care of it as soon as they could. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was mediocre.

The room was very clean. Towels and linens looked fresh and new. The shower head looked new. Though the property is visible aged, our room was more than satisfactory! The front desk people were very accommodating and friendly. All staff were friendly even if we did not speak the same language.

Was kind of disappointed at the room. No closet or hangers to hang clothes that I wanted to hang for my function the next day. For the prices they charge for this facility it’s a shame

Staff at front desk was friendly. The rooms are spacious and bed had clean sheets but the hallways and carpets look dirty.

Everything was amazing; the staff, breakfast, even the location. The only problem I encountered with was there was a small cockroach crawling on one of our bags during lights off when I had to grab something from it. Other than that, everything else is superb!

I stayed there for 2 nights, unfortunately they did not clean the room and besides there were Cockroaches at the room.
The hotel really needs improvements.

Stained carpets. Smells musty The bed not comfortable, bedding is a sheet over an old comforter. Pillows old & lumpy . We stayed two nights, they never brought clean towels. No housekeeping. Breakfast consist of nasty eggs, brownie bites, bread, bagel and waffle.

It was close to the sawgrass mills which i loved. a very good location

i arrive and the room was not really prepared to receive us . it was dirty and some cocroaches around.
carpet dirty and tv damage.
the cleaning personnel made great jod but was too late , we were already sick with big allergy that never happens to us.
they change the tv fast
did not see any more cocroaches after the cleaning
