Great hotel!

Good location, friendly staff, nice rooms

We only stayed one night but the hotel was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the reception area was comfortable and clean. The bedroom was on the top floor. It was lovely. Very clean and stylish. The hotel was a few minutes walk from the Arena and only 15 minutes walk from the train station. We really enjoyed our stay.

Classic & beauty

We had a delightful one-night stay at Hotel Giberti & SPA Verona. The hotel was very nice, with extremely comfortable beds and a room and bathroom that were both very clean and well presented. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful, accommodating us in the lounge as we waited to head to the airport. Breakfast was delicious, offering an excellent selection of choices. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a short and easy walk from the sights of Verona and Piazza Brà. My only criticisms are minor: I tried calling room service on a couple of occasions without getting a response, and there was no information in the room about hotel services, including a room service menu or minibar prices.

Fabulous experience

Great hotel with great service. Centrally located. Bed and pillows were very firm but comfortable.

The madras were very hard. Be aware that the spa is not included when you book a room. You have to pay extra. It’s and okey hotel, nothing special, but it was very clean and that’s a big plus

Why?

Good hotel.

Hotel is very good quality and very well positioned for all amenities and transport. However they can improve on their breakfast facilities and options. Very small selection at breakfast and area is very small and congested for comfort. Also there was no drinking water provided in the room which is unacceptable for a four star hotel.

Two night stay over in Verona before touring around others cities in northern Italy. Hotel in great location for station and for getting out to explore the city. Walk into the city centre in about 10 minutes and there’s lots of good food options within 5-10 minutes of the hotel. Room was lovely. Very comfortable size and modern with a lovely shower/bathroom. Breakfast was good but not a massive selection but what was available was fresh and tasty. Overall we’d definitely recommend and will use this hotel again if staying in Verona.

Great quick trip to from the train. Great for an over night trip to the area

Lovely hotel, Rooms decent size and nice bathroom with large walk in shower. my only issue is the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a board. Don't think I've ever slept on such a hard bed - TBH it was so hard my back was in agony by next morning so 2nd night I slept on pillows. Nice breakfast with good variety. easy walk to centre where lots of nice restaurants and shops.

Hotel was very nice and staff was friendly overall. Unfortunately, our room was under the gym and it was quite noisy at times. We had breakfast included for the two nights we were there, but it was very disappointing. We even skipped it the second day. The bike rentals are a nice inclusion to explore Verona.

Hotel is in a quiet location that is a short walk from the Verona Arena, easy to reach by car with convenient garage parking. We stayed in a junior suite that was spacious with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Great, spacious and fully equipped connecting rooms for a family of four, excellent decorative order. Tasty breakfast with wide selection, good amenities and location. Very helpful and attentive staff always willing to go the extra mile. Could not fault it!

Nice room, nice staff

Excellent hotel. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room was well equipped with huge comfortable bed. Very convenient to walk to city centre. Breakfast was good but when busy the tables were too near the drinks self serving area. Loved eating breakfast in the outside courtyard.

The room was well equipped. However relative to other 4 stars hotel this charges much more - 500 euros per night and it just dont worth it. We ordered 2 adjacent rooms for a family of 5. We received rooms in 1st floor and basically could hear the street in our room even though we asked for quiet rooms. The street lighting wad sirectly in our face and we couldnt open the only window at all in order to get full darkness at night which ment we didnt have any air to breath. When we compained about in the desk loby we were competely ignored. I would also expext from an hotel that charges so much to grant a free parking but not they charge 18 euros more for the pleasure. The breakfast is poor and does contain a very few options for non gluten so my celiac daughter had almost nothing to eat there. We would definitely not return and not recommend staying there.

The staff was amazingly friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the location was amazing, the bed was comfortable, room service was so friendly, walking distance to amazing and beautiful sites. Parking was not an issue.

Modern hotel. Large hotel room, modern, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Receptionists are very nice and helpful. Working distance to train station and city center. Enjoyed the stay.

Nice hotel, good location. Exceptional staff. However the room was hot upon arrival, set AC to 70 and went out. Upon return, the room was still 78 f. Turns out the AC is “off” for the season. Not cool, pun intended.
