We were there to escape flooding from the hurricane and it was fine. The room was very clean and spacious and we appreciated the microwave. The only thing is that the elevator in that property is really old and needs to be looked at.

It served its purpose. Its a basic hotel with basic amenities. Breakfast is served, cereal, toast, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, muffins, coffee, oj, milk. The staff was super friendly. The pool and grounds were clean.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I arrived after 12 at night without a registration, the staffs help me to get a room, and help me save some some at the same time. Thank you!

We were near many attractions such as a mall and a movie theater and the breakfast buffet was good

The staff was very nice, but the facility was dirty and in disrepair. Glass and entry doors was filthy, elevator walls were dingy and the floor was filthy, parking lot was trashy, entryway was rundown with abandoned grocery carts out front, hallways needed to be vacuumed. In our room, the blackout curtain had a rip that was repaired with clear packing tape, the tub had a large black stain around the entire interior. I stayed at this hotel a few years ago, but will not be back. This is not up to Wyndham standards nor is it worth the nearly $200 per night fee. Also, there was somebody sleeping in the backseat of a car right outside our room.

Dirty! We’ve been married 35 years and this was the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Literal layers of dust on clock and lamp right next to our heads on nightstand. Old grapevine fragments and chunks of something along bed base! Every single corner of floor filthy. Caked on dust under sink right next to towels. Broken tub faucet. As soon as people started moving in hallway in the morning it wreaked of pot. We would have asked for another room, but our daughter and family was directly across hall and their room was the same way! So we cleaned it ourselves-not to mention had already paid for room. The pool area totally run down and littered with cigarettes.

Iit was a nice property, the only elevator for the entire building was a bit slow and felt a little run down everything else that we saw was good. Bathrooms are clean and updated, rooms was nice and clean as well.

We came for work in near by Riverview. Our job is physical and was really looking forward to the Hot Tub advertised online. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel.
I was VERY disappointed when i went to the Hot Tub and found it, Not Hot, Not working and totally gross. Then I started noticing that the trash was piling up. Over flowing trash cans throughout and never got emptied. The 2nd floor hall was littered with debris and on the last day a pair of shoes thrown down the hall and left and really dirty in need of vacuuming the whole time we were there. Our 3 nights there was more than enough for me. Very sketch people at breakfast, like homeless people and out side hanging around bumming money/

As soon as we walk into our bedroom there was a dead roach. Bathroom was disgusting and I had bug bites all over my body when I woke up. Never staying here again.

There was such a positive and kind energy in the whole hotel. The staff were so polite, gentle, caring with everyone. I was impressed. In my youth I worked as a flight attendant for Air Canada. We had to make everyone feel welcolme and feel at home.

We had a double bed room, I didnt see where they were only full size.
Bathrooms were updated but the Toliets are very low.
I'm a smoker ,its a smoke fee hotel which is great but there's no sitting area outside anywhere to accommodate our habit.

It was nice till the last night and then some “kids” set off the fire alarm 4 to 5 times. Very disrespectful to people that have children and elderly. They disturbed everyone’s sleep and would not even offer a discount for the false alarm

we stayed at the hotel from Monday until Friday, our room as cleaned for the first time on Thursday. The hotel elevator and passageway are in need of cleaning. Thash was piling up for days, they told us they clean their rooms every 3 days. The day they clean the room, they did not leave cups, coffee filters and did not replace the ice bucket plastic bag.

Recent water damage so hallway smelled musty & had air machines spread around. Wallpaper peeled away from walls was an eye-sore.
No one explained the 1st floor was "dog friendly" so there was dog barking all 3 nights we stayed there.
