Lovely staff, and the large room was spotless and very comfortable bed. Convenient underground parking too. Veyr good for Seville Airport.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was hard, we both came away with a bad back. Two breakfasts and one dinner on arrival both ok but not outstanding.
The blandest, most forgettable hotel we've ever stayed in!

Biggest downside is the Very Poor/ non existent WiFi. Couldnt do any work. I expected from a hotel which hosts conferences to have a good reliable WiFi but was very disappointed. Reported the issue fact that room phone not working 3 nights before checking out but nothing addressed/ nothing done. So if you'll be doing work/ travelling for business and need gpod wifi i would avoid

Very spartan room for a 4 star hotel. Only had one glass. We also found the mattress and pillows not comfortable. Dropped a pill on the floor which rolled under the bed and found the area under the bed dirty and looked as though it had not been cleaned for some time. Not very good for a bed with an exposed floor under it. Good thing we only spent one short night.

Staff is great. I gave them 5 stars.
But the rooms are a little outdated and standard double still doesn't guarantee you have a double bed, which sucks.

Room was a decent size, comfortable bed, clean.
Unfortunately our room overlooked busy street, so we heard traffic noise all evening. Wasn’t a convenient walk to grocery/convenient stores or restaurants for dinner.
Uber to airport was expensive despite the hotel being fairly close to airport.

The gate should open automatically on parking. Breakfast was an experience not to be repeated. Total free for all!! So many people food ran out.

Hotel was ok but some disappointments. In a 4 star one might expect dressing gowns and tea/coffee making facilities. Parking expensive on site but plenty free on street parking around the hotel. Breakfast had a lot of choice but quality was ok. Surprised no fresh bread to cut but plenty of rolls and sliced bread.

Great rooms with huge beds. Only 5 mins from airport.
Food in bar area was very good and plentiful.
Breakfast looked superb but we had to get to airport early so missed out. Great value and great quality.

Friendly staff, great location if you need to be close to the airport. The rooms were big and comfortable. Just two things: there was no toilet brush and you can hear the television (quite loudly) of the neighbouring rooms

Great location to venue , friendly staff especially Elena on reception desk, always smiling and helpful. Hotel modernised now and very light, bright and tidy.

Small issue of a fluff and dust layer under the bed. Attention to detail in this area but a minor issue which didn’t affect our stay. Overall great.

It was my very bad experience, location is far from city, there is no coffee kettle in the room.Last day air conditioner didn’t work,I called them three time but no response then I went to reception but they said will sort that out shortly, it was really hot, we spend all night without air conditioner, opened bar colony door but there was noise from main road, couldn’t sleep all night.

The location is excellent if you need to catch an early flight, the hotel is very close to the airport. The restaurant is excellent. We had the "Menú degustación". Great food and excellent service. We stay there every summer. We love the place.

Unfortunately, we only spent one night at this hotel, however, our stay was very pleasant and would definitely stay here if I had a longer time to enjoy all the facilities

Slow internet like dial up. No irons to ensure a tidy shirt in the morning. No tea or coffee gacility in room. Laundry service is hit and miss. Definitely not a 4 star hotel im afraid.

The breakfast buffet wasn't great and they didn't have an iron to use. Also, the bed was uncomfortable, kept creaking and I woke up one morning with someone else's strand of hair on my head

I could not make my booking due to getting Covid. But the hotel refused a refund or even a credit note. I am nearly £600 out of pocket. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE.

Flight cancellation so could not make this trip. Hotel would not refund a penny even though it was booked far in advance and was out of our hands.
They even wanted is to cancel and still get no refund and we'd have even lost a stamp on our hotels.com card to suit their policy of having a free room even though we'd paid in full.
Other 2 hotels refunded no problem from the same trip.
