Someone across the hall from us had a dog and it whined and barked for several hours. I had driven several hours and it was late when I checked in and I was ready for the bed. The woman at the front desk didn’t give us WiFi password or tell us about the complimentary breakfast. Not informative at all. It wasn’t very clean. The bar of soap disintegrated when we wet it. I do not recommend. I will not be back!

Took our hs senior to tour NC. We drove down from MD. Nice accommodations, nice breakfast, and close to the college.

This was a very good visit. Great location close to food, walmart, and shopping center. 10 minute drive to the outlet malls, and great staff. Also, have a cookie upon check in. Room was very nice with a sitting area, nice bathroom and water pressure, and a comfortable bed. Would highly recommend and will stay here on the next visit.

Aside from a couple of lights being burned out and a complicated remote for the televisions, it’s a nice place.

I was in town for my bachelorette party: I’m not sure of the woman name that works the desk but she is always so friendly and welcoming each time i come. My eye somehow became irritated and turned red, she said “oh no not on your bachelorette weekend. “ she proceeded to give me eye drops and the next day the irritation was gone and the redness was not as bad. She literally saved the day! Thank you and next time i promise to catch your name.

The fridge in the room was broke, brought to staffs attention, never fixed or offered a replacement… drain in tub would not drain

Not bad. there is no a/c in front room of the suite, so it was hot. the pool was not inspected yet, so couldn't use it the whole week. tv controllers were a struggle.

The hotel attendant was very nice and the breakfast was delicious, but the hotel is starting to show its age.

The staff was disengaged the night we arrived and the room looked worn. One of the bathrooms was locked and when I called down to the front desk, the lady said she would open it in when she got around to it. I had to go down and have her walk up to the room with me to get it unlocked. Also, there was soap scum in the bathroom.

We had a great stay! The air conditioner was a bit loud but that was the only thing! Lots of towels which was nice.

Wendy checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. We had lots of small items to bring in but no carts were available. Wendy offered the use of a laundry cart which worked out great!! We appreciated her effort very much! Great employee!! Would definitely return!

This place is not worth it's excellent rating. The rooms are stuck in the 80's brown and burnt orange colors. The room smelled of mildew. The bed pillows were old and flat. The TV was old and did not even have a channel guide.
The staff was freindly and helpfull.

Check in desk was not friendly and made it very awkward to check in. Lobby was very loud, and felt like she did not want to be there or help us. Room was ok but overall not the best, she for what I paid i would expect it to be perfect

The hotel was easy to access from the highway. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with a large front "living room", and the bedroom was a good size. The beds were comfortable. The only downside was the worn look to the carpet, and a slightly musty odor. Breakfast was tasty with eggs, french toast, sausages and waffles!
