Beautiful! We were there for Christmas decorations and it was just like a movie! Gorgeous! The beds were so comfortable in the rooms were really clean. Very close to a lot of good restaurants in the area all walkable even when it was 20° outside lol can't wait to go back

Fantastic hotel – beautiful view from our room, wonderfully comfortable bed and superbly clean.
We had a fabulous cooked breakfast. As a coeliac there were lots of gluten-free options I could eat and the staff were very helpful in pointing out any dishes which weren’t appropriate for me.
The location for dining options and sightseeing nearby was excellent.
They have a wonderful large swimming pool and shower facilities.

Great location from Airport and for ferry to Provincetown which was behind the Hotel. Buffet breakfast was very good and car park with private entrance to hotel was so easy for me with my mobility scooter. Room was large and clean with water available daily.

The hotel was having issues with their credit card machines when we arrived so they couldn’t check us in, but they gave us drink vouchers for free drinks at the bar hotel, which I thought was a great compromise while we waited for the credit card machines to come back up. Before we even finished our drinks, they came to get us and said we could check in so that worked out great.

Beginning with the valet Ben, the check in went smooth, friendly and quickly.
The hotel accommodated for a wheelchair accessible room, only downside was the king bed I reserved, was downsized to a queen and made sleeping uncomfortable for our situation. The handicap shower sprayer wasn’t working properly and the blanket across the bottom of the bed, when used, one end had a very strong and awful odor of something. Other than that, staff was very nice, pool is large with 1 swimming lane. It is indoors with natural sky lighting as well as being lit. It was perfectly chlorinated, meaning not burn your eyes out of your skull like some other hotel swimming pools. The hotel appears clean and well kept.
Location is perfect for short distance to seaport attractions. Other than room issues, it was a lovely experience

Great hotel in a great location. This hotel is walkable to all the places we wanted to go. We had so much on our agenda we didn’t get to browse around the neighborhood to check out all it offered. Maybe next time

Very disappointed with such a high-priced hotel. The television and phone didn't work. When reported to the front desk, nothing was done to fix the problems. We called the desk to request extra pillows and had to re-call four times before they were delivered. The maid staff was efficient and excellent. Overall we were very dissatisfied and would not allow lan on visiting this facility ever again.

It's been a while since I stayed in a hotel where everything just *worked*. The rooms were quiet - there was good enough soundproofing that meant voices in the corridor were muted and airplanes at Logan couldn't be heard at all (and we had a harbor view room that faced directly towards the airport). No street noise despite this being a part of town where lots of people come to eat and drink in the evenings. Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff. Enough elevators for the size of the building - never had to wait long. I would book again next time in Boston.

It was in a good location, and you could walk to everything. I rented a room with two queen-size beds. Unfortunately, they were tiny, uncomfortable, and not very clean. The staff was amiable. Would I stay there again? Maybe.

Very comfortable hotel. Rooms are spacious and elegant. Walking distance to all the new restaurants and shops in Seaport. Excellent value when compared to other hotels in the Boston area.

The entire hotel staff was very friendly, clean, safe and a very nice area in Boston.

We had a late night stay for an early flight out of Logan. Walter, who was working the evening shift was professional and welcoming. Nicely laid out and furnished rooms; feels homey and not like hotel. Would definitely stay again.
