Great hotel, very clean, close to airport with a 5 min shuttle available on demand. Very easy Uber ride to downtown area, and $20 ride to beaches.
Staff was great and even gave me a super early check in at no additional cost.

Close to airport. Fast shuttle service to and from the airport. Great front desk lady. Only issue was the phone system. Called 8 times before I could get a shuttle pick up time. All choices were either busy or disconnected me immediately. Got the front desk as we were waiting for the shuttle and it showed up as I was talking to her.

I stayed because I had to evacuate. While they were sold out consistently, I think they did a great job handling the influx of traffic and people. Was everything perfect? No, but that doesn’t matter. I was safe, it was as good as it could be considering the craziness. I barely saw anyone else, so you don’t feel like you were sandwiched in. It was quiet, and enjoyable. Breakfast was great! The breakfast bar ladies were cheerful and engaging. I would gladly stay at another Hampton Inn.

The location is good and check in was super quick. The front desk staff was efficient, but not very friendly.
The room is large and looked very nice. The first issue is that there is a sheer, blind and blackout blind automatically controlled from a switch on the wall. Neither was working and they tried to rig up a system with an extension cord, but that didn’t work either. There is a very bright parking lot light shining through the window all night long. The sink was also clogged. Surprisingly the room was very noisy not from airplanes, but from other sounds in the hotel.

The proximity to the airport is great. The mall and plenty of restaurants are within 5 minutes. The problem: There is so much mold in this hotel. Our hotel room carpet was wet and the entire 4th floor hallway was wet. The smell of mildew was strong. My husband had to keep using his inhaler because he had a hard time breathing. This hotel needs to rip up all the carpeting and lay commercial vinyl. This might help.

The property was great and in a perfect location to the airport. The only problem was the lady at the night desk who ignored pretty much every request. We were looking forward to a relaxing tub and had only a shower even after making sure she understood what we wanted. She told us we could get a grab and go breakfast before our flight but we had to wait on it since the bags were not ready. She failed to tell us they would not be ready until after we had to leave.

The window blinds were broken so the room was dark until they manually partially raised the solid shade. There were disconnected wires that were not fixed. The top sheet on the bed was all the way up covering the mattress so I did not realize the sheet was there n slept under bed spread. Other hotels fold the top sheet down a few inches so one sees the sheet. First floor carpet was dirty.

Also they had a sign that could accommodate anyone with food allergies (which I have celiac) however they had NOTHING!!! The lady who worked I. The kitchen felt bad and told the staff at the front desk that we should be reimbursed. Received nothing at all😤

The property behind the hotel is vacant. Several occupied vehicles were parked there making us concerned about the safety of the area. The back entrance to the hotel smelled like pot. Completely unacceptable for an establishment like this. Several rooms had trash and towels piled up outside of the doors. We will not be staying at this location again.

Your shuttle driver did not show for work and I was told I could walk to the airport or get a Uber! I should not have to pay for transportation when I booked a room at a hotel that provided a shuttle.

This was the dirtiest hotel. The bed sagged like it was 30 years old. The bath tub and sink did not drain and the floors were disgusting.

It wasn’t bad, I am just highly allergic to dust and the amount that was on the furniture made the stay pretty rough. Having to clean the dust made it worse.
