Front desk not friendly at check in. Stay was just ok Breakfast food was horrible

Property was clean bed was comfortable, hallway smelled a little musky. Overall pretty nice place to stay

It was just right to get a nights sleep.

The carpet smelled like old carpet. Even though they "smoke-free" guests were allowed to vape THC products. You could smell in the hallway. Shower wasn't restocked with body soap.

Nothing it was dirty

While the front desk staff was very nice the building was run down with broken screens and locks and the room itself was not very clean, with previous dog hair and poop stains on the bed. There also were cockroaches in the room. This hotel is not worth the cost.

The air conditioning unit was functional but very noisy/clunky and the shower barely had any cold water to mix with the hot water I didn't mind the no carpet in my room and the beds were comfortable

Always enjoy my stay with you. You can depend on a comfortable bed and pillows and the large shower with extra large nozzle was refreshing. Staff very efficient and professional. Thanks.

Brooms were very nice. Everyone was friendly good breakfast.

The hotel is dirty from the carpet to the rooms, all the common areas look dirty and poorly maintained, it is a shame that Expedia sells that hotel in the condition it is in.

This whole property felt damp. Even the lobby. If you're trying to decide between the $70 Econolodge and this -- save your money. It's not a typical La Quinta. Lots of deferred maintenance makes it seem like we overpaid.

We stayed for two days after an Airbnb disaster, while in town visiting friends and family. Our sheets looked like they may have had hairs from previous tenants on them so I grabbed clean ones and swapped. The property was ok, and needed a bit of a facelift and deep clean, but otherwise was great for the cost!

Property wad average. Beds were excellant. AC was not on so it took several hours for the room to cool down. Checkin said breakfast wss available fom 6 -10am.in reality it was 6 -9. Got there at 8.45 waffle and Bagels only option. Carpet in dining area dirty.

Hotel looks nice from photos but our room was not, it was dirty dusty and smelled of smoke, we had a two night booking only stayed one night and would of canceled if we could of found bother place to stay. Upon arriving back to our room around 5 our AC was not working and it was 90 plus degrees outside and who knows inside, mentioned this to front desk who said they couldn’t do anything about it when we said we would just check out and go to families, asked about a refund do to this and the cleanliness but was told that’s not something she could authorize. The general area looked nice and somewhat clean as did the pool area but I wouldn’t recommend or stay again and was hoping for some type of compensation or acknowledgement of the issues. This is probably one of the worse hotels I’ve stayed in unfortunately and for the fee it was definitely not worth it.

We arrived in the evening. Our hotel room was extremely hot and it took hours for the air conditioner to get it down to 70° or lower so that we could sleep. I use the gym and it was filthy and the equipment was broken. The elliptical barely worked. The system was disconnected. There was very thick dust on the blinds. The ceiling of our hotel room clearly had several leaks and cracks. Breakfast was supposed to be served until nine. We were down there at 8:30 and they were out of milk yogurt, eggs, fruit. That left dry cereal and waffles. I had to ask for some milk for my cereal. Very disappointing because we all know that the cost of the room includes breakfast.

Needs new carpet in hallways or cleaned. Fix wheels on luggage carts. Breakfast good , enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean but the water pressure was very weak in the shower and breakfast was disappointing

Dog hair everywhere. Had not been swept, sink full of dog hair, tub did not have safety mat. Air wasn’t cool and exhaust vent did not work. Would not recommend.

The hotel was dated and needs updating

We have stayed at this hotel many times. This last visit we were extremely disappointed. Rooms were dirty, we have pictures of it. Black mold on the ceiling near the light, ridiculous amounts of dust in events and air conditioning unit, bathrooms had pubic hair from the previous guests. When we checked in we had half a roll of toilet paper, we had to ask every single day for 12 paper. It literally would take them all day to replace the toilet paper. Constantly asking for towels as well. Went down for breakfast at 8:00 and the breakfast containers had scraps in them. You could never find someone to replace the food bins. They had one lady covering the front desk and cleaning the rooms. The cleanliness of the rooms was unacceptable. When we said something to the manager she just Shrugged her shoulders. We will not be staying at this hotel ever again. Extremely disappointed for the amount of money we paid. This is unacceptable and we feel we should be compensated in some way. Again we have pictures of everything.

Paid high dollar for a room with a noisy air conditioner. Ripped curtains in our room, parking lot dirty, exhaust fan in inside pool enclosure was caked with dust and dirt. Yuk.

Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Facility was clean. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great location friendly service

No frills at all. Decent place to stay near downtown without breaking the bank.
