The mattress in my room was really stiff. I have stayed at that location before and the mattresses were more comfortable.

Great hideout from the big capital city of Prescott, Arizona. Great lakes nearby. Friendly employees and great western sky views. A Paris, France like hotel. This hotel looks updated with plenty of horse and buggy parking.

Horrible experience!! Horrible rude staff!! Called them wanting to find out why my security deposit was never refunded. A few times. Every time they would say it takes a few days for it to be refunded, but everything seems fine. No problem they said. When days went by and still no refund, I called again only to be yelled almost by some guy, claiming I left the room dirty!!!
I slept there one night, showered and left. I barely even touched anything in the room!! Avoid staying there if you can!! Unless you wanna pay $100 for using a towel after you shower!! I guess that’s what they mean when they say you left the room dirty!!

I had some medical issues that placed me on this side of town. I feel the price was more than acceptable for the quality of my room along with the entire building. Additionally, ot was nice and quiet my three night stay

The staff was great. The elevator smelled like cigarettes and there was an old soda bottle under my A/C unit. Really nice place for what it is though.

I think it’s ridiculous that a guest cannot bring their breakfast upstairs to their room. What could possibly be the reasoning for this? I was told there are signs all over the dining room. I snuck my food up anyway! I hate being treated like a child in any hotel I’m staying at

Was a nice hotel and had a good Continental breakfast and was close to other places to eat. Would stay here again if needed

It was a nice and quiet hotel with quite a few restaurants within walking distance. The A/C worked great for the 112 degree Phoenix weather.

AC was decently cold but hummid. Cleanliness can be improved in the bathroom. Tub was slightly clogged and tub has a crack they tried to seal. Overall decent stay for a great price and exceptional stay. Would stay there again.

People were friendly. Housekeeping needs a little training. After two days and no new towels, etc. I asked the house keeper in the hallway a few doors down from our room for fresh towels. She pulled out her list and pointed to it saying your room not on list. I told her not to clean it just let me have new towels. She said no. That night got back to the hotel told the desk clerk about the incident and that I was pissed. He said he would get new towels, face towels and washrags and bring them to our room. Five minutes later he was there.

Convenient and affordable. It could use a few extra amenities - like a mirror outside the bathroom, thicker blankets. But it is comfortable and convenient for our trip.

The condition was old. A door on the cabinet covering the fridge looked like it was falling off. The air conditioner was to cold had to turn off at night to stay warm while sleeping. Bed was good room was clean. The bath tub dripped and could not be stopped. I would say a lack of maintenance.

The water was down for a little over 3 hours and the "blanket" on the bed was more like a sheet. The pillows also were NOT comfortable.

The front desk concierge was extremely kind and professional however the hotel is a fire hazard. The first room we went to had visible black mold on the tub and the door was difficult to open, the second room my dad couldnt get the door open at all even with the concierge help. We were told the handles were installed in reverse so they have to be opened the opposite way. The third room was better because the door opened easily and there was no visible mold. Unfortunately outside the window was a massive dumpster. When my dad decided to eat, he sat in the chair in the room and fell backwards because the chair was missing a wheel. This hotel is in desperate need of repairs, its unsafe and unclean and the owners should be ashamed to host people there. Had we not checked in late, I would have canceled.
