Sehr nette Dame am Empfang.
Plastikmüll den man beim Frühstück produziert. Plastikbesteck, fürchterlich! Kaffee so dünn dass man den Boden des Bechers sehen kann.

A c unit wasn't working properly so room wasn't getting as cold as usually does.

Nice clean, comfortable room.
The pool was unusable, water was green! And I was looking forward to spending some time in the pool. The days are hot in Arizona and a cool pool is a must. They are also charging $15 for parking. I can see this for down town locations, but not on the suburbs. As a matter of principle this is a deal breaker. This should be included in the price of the room not an extra charge. I will not stay at any Hilton properties due to this new policy. Make sure to check the property parking policies before booking!

the blinds didn’t work, the closet door was stuck, the towels were quite old and literally ragged. the pillows were small. and the bed too hard.

Breakfast was fine. No issues
Room was never cleaned over a 4 day stay. Trash from day one was still in the room on day four. Had to ask for towels and pillows.

Parking was $15. No clue why...regular hotel parking lot.

Pool was out of order and it was more of an elder hotel. Not really kid friendly

Breakfast was sub par, the previous weekend in Palm Springs and their breakfast was 10x better.
I pulled a long stringy clump of hair out of the pool.
I thought the staff was very friendly and the room was great!o

I forgot to tell the front desk we had ants coming out of the hole at the corner of the tub and the wall. I plugged it up with my photo tape.

Location, cleanliness, responsiveness of workers, and someone was always at the front desk even in the early AM hours. Some hotels the clerks are MIA
The breakfast was always the same.... Eggs were always over cooked and they would start taking down things BEFORE breakfast ended.

Nice room size, comfy bed, good breakfast, friendly staff!
The palm tree trimmers truck was noisy early in the morning and we had to ask the front desk to help to clean our windshield. they did call the guys that were cutting trimming the palm trees and our issue was resolved. Palm timers should let guest know to move their cars.

The bed was comfortable
I didn't like that you charge for parking now 15$ a night and when I asked about it the young lady said it was supposed to have always been charged & that's why they got rid of old staff 🤔 then breakfast changed 🤔 no choices 🤔 and crappy cffe plus it was cold.The carpet was stained and we had a trail of ants
