staff was nice enough

dirty tub - would not use Dirty hallways / Walls the lobby is completely different than the actual room. two PC’s in the lobby on a bar is the business center. continental breakfast is a muffin in a bag. tv was at an angle, not even level. aC didn’t work oddballs loitering at every exit, Zero security. Wyndym corp should be ashamed of this property.

The property was very very poor. It smelled of order as soon as u walked in the hotel. No fresh air, the beds and rooms were small. The pictures advertised in booking.com we're not how the hotel looked in person. It smelled like this hotel had mold or mice infestation. I immediately went back to the front desk and expressed my concern to the manager. The manager was very pleasant and understanding and honored my request for a full refund.

I didn't like the false advertising of the property this property should not be listed in booking.com because of the condition of the hotel. Very poor and it smelt bad of a very bad order. The price I was charged was very very outrageous compared to the Wyndham by Ramada Wich was 100 dollars less per night and deposit was also 100 dollars less.

It was dirty, the floor was sticky, it smelled like body odor and our bathroom shower was gross I wouldn’t even shower in it.

The smell in the room and the cockroach I killed in the restroom and no toilet paper

they treat you horribly. they have nothing. but hidden security deposit fees they make you check out even when you are extending your stay. two of my cards were mysteriously getting unauthorized charges

no elevator postings of no pot smoking in rooms all over took $180 deposit not return for 5 biz days!

it was really run down, the walls were dirty, floors were pulling up and dirty in between the grout, rooms were dingy along with the linen, the tub was dingy and looked dirty! the hallways looked run down like it hasn’t been renovated and maintained! also at 6am they stated tearing up a several rooms I guess remodeling! They were loud and were banging and stashing items in the hallway
