Property was safe and clean. The exterior and common areas are well maintained. The room was comfortable and quiet. The door and bathroom might need a refresh but were functional. I would stay here again.

Shuttle was only available from Terminal 4 at the airport ( we were at Terminal 1)so had to take a taxi as we had too much luggage to transport to Terminal 4 which cost us an extra $35.00 U.S….also the shuttle only started in am at 7 so also missed the included breakfast that also started at 7 am .. all around very dissapointed and won’t stay there again

The room was good I feel the price was a little high because the property is sort of run down. They had an option to do online check in but then I still had to check in and and they took my card and ID for a security deposit a second time and had me sign paperwork so the online checkin is pointless and this was not as quick as it was said to be.

The stay was horrible the room was dirty and they did not accommodate a room switch. The electric was not working in room the light switches wouldn't work in certain areas of the room. This stay was unacceptable and the is no way to get in touch with hotels.com because I booked in with a 3td party the manager want to give me a refund for my stay but I can't reach anyone yet.

Waiting 2 hrs for the airport shuttle AFTER calling and said they would be there in 30.. got an uber and told the front desk lady when we arrived 10/25 at 9pm, and just said “oh, yeah, sorry” ? Didn’t even mean it.

We were escaping hurricane Milton and this turned out to be a wonderful home away from home.

It was a nice stay. Nothing major. Just experienced that the door knob of the closet was missing. Called front desk and the Maintenance staff came and fixed it. Which was a lasting good impression that gives me my review overall 5 stars of my stay.

I have stayed at a lot of La Quinta’s around the country and it’s usually what I expect. Just average. This was a bad stay. First, my room smelled smokey. I was here for a conference so I needed an iron, which the room for some reason didn’t have. I asked 10 TIMES AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. In addition to this housekeeping did not go into my room once. Over a 3 night stay. Breakfast was disgusting. If you are considering this hotel I would highly recommend paying the extra $20/night at a different hotel.

I was charged a deposit on the 3rd day. Very ghetto customer service. I will not return to this location. The elevator was broke for 2 days.

I lifted the sheet that was covering the bed with the floor and under the bed there was a lot of trash, you could see a lot of it and I found some sandals, I found a lot of trash like they hadn't vacuumed for many, many days, that was disgusting to me, my dog could eat anything, it seems that cleaning is not good, we have to be more careful with that.

Absolutely awful. There is never anyone available at the front desk. There was a roach in our room I had to BEG them to clean it. All around really terrible and I will be contacting their corporate offices to discuss my families experience.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional. The pickup shuttle driver was great. Arrived to airport quickly and provided great information about everything. The guy at the front desk actually seems to care about guests. I see so many disinterested, unhelpful, bored front desk people, this place was exceptional.

The stay was not bad. I love the area however the breakfast was not good and the was very limited. There were not enough towels and blankets to accommodate 3 people which was known upon booking. Friendly staff.

Our shower had mold, pee stains on toilet seat, sink and tub was clogged. Breakfast time, food was not fully cooked. Sausage patties were raw.

There was a used condom and bandage in the floor, the drawers had hair and dirt in the, a spill on the wall and carpet that hadn’t been clean, NO AC, a broken couch bed with no sheets that left our kids without a place to sleep and no lock on the bathroom door. We requested another room after not having any sleep for 24 hours and we were told we could switch rooms if we have a seat. After waiting an hour, we asked if we could check in to our new room and then we were informed we actually couldn’t switch rooms, so we had to wait another 2 hours for “maintenance” to fix our issues. Once we got into the room again, it reeked of marijuana, the AC still did not work and we were given a rollaway cot for a single person. Therefore, our 3 year old had to sleep in our bed with us because only one child could sleep on the cot. It was an awful experience. I do NOT recommend!!

The view was excellent, staff at the front desk was good. House keeping was horrible, I stayed 6 days and my room was never cleaned, I have video to show. I went to the front desk almost everyday they keep promising it would be clean but it never happened. The house keeping staff keep saying they don’t understand English so the were no help to me.
