No rags in the bathroom, no iron or iron board in the room. Never had that issue at any extended stay hotel before

Roaches everywhere room was dirty no hot water no cleaning service told me at the front desk extra towels were $1.75 each, we were there for five days no clean sheets were available.The room keys had to be redone everyday to get into room.Do no stay at this Extended Stay of American.

I'm going to put this on Google as well , just to warn others. My family and I checked in here I'll admit a little last minute due to home renovation issues, if I'd had known how unkept and how much of a scam it was I would of turned around . This is NOT. A hotel , this is low income housing. ROACH infested low income housing, the pest control devices in the room DO work , however the infestation is ever present and you will notice during your stay. They provide you two towels and two wash cloths and tell you , you need to spend 6$ a load to wash them , if you need more they will not provide, if you need a pot and pan they will provide them for the low cost of 40$ , and the last checking you in had no problem going over.these things and warning you about them. She will inform you , that you need to complain. The website says take away breakfast , however that's just vending machines in the laundry room with snacks and drinks all priced at 3.00 . There is no convenience on staying here. It still cost 500 for 4 nights. Please just use the money at an actual hotel. . This place is not worth a dime. You however will get to see , a plethora of unkept wildlife as the tenants have several outdoor cats.

I never had to leave a hotel before, that how bad was.

No shampoo , roaches , tv remote didn't work smells like cigarettes smoke ac isnt cooling so not a great stay

The place was infested with roaches, left right after checking in and the staff member was unhelpful and unfriendly.

The office smelled like skunk weed when we entered to check in. The stove burners were covered in gunk, scared to turn them on for fear of catching fire. No hair dryer, as advertised in amenities. Two of the four lights didn't work, one had no bulb. Nice fridge and tv. New shower looked nice. Felt fairly safe in the area. Clean and comfortable bed,

IT WAS INFESTED WITH ROACHES!! WE COULDNT PUT OUR DRINKS DOWN! WE LEFT AFTER 1 HR OF BEING THERE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS ROACH MOTEL TO ANYONE! DO NOT STAY HERE! YOU WILL BE GREETED BY ROACHES!! RM 118 IS THE ROOM WE WERE IN. WE LEFT AND I GOT ALL MY MONEY BACK!!

The room condition was shameful , the room had a horrible odor, the floors and walls were filthy. The front door handle was loose as well as the bathroom door. The window curtain was not secured, The bathroom had no shower curtain and the tub drain was clogged with hair and debris. There were no trash cans at all , there was no iron and the ironing board was nasty. The stove was awful, greasy and rusty, the grounds were littered with trash . The clerk stated that we would be refunded for the night we stayed and would be refunded for the night we canceled? However no refund Has been refunded at this time, I highly recommend that the management stay a night in their hotel to see what their guests experienced. Perhaps they would take more pride in the hotel that they have been trusted to manage.

I had no hot water, the shower head had duct tape on it, two out of the three lights in the room were burnt out, no trash can in the room, and when I went to the front desk to mention these items there was nobody there.

It was a good stay stayed for 1 night no forks or silverware and if u use the phone there is a charge but other then that it was a quick stay for me

The property was okay. The charges were high per night for what is worth. It was just something to lay our heads down for the night.

RUN!!! The room was infested with cockroaches and smelled like feces. We were in the room for 30 minutes before packing up to leave. My son picked up his backpack off the bed and there were 5 roaches that came scurrying out from under it. There were roaches on the walls and bathtub. We had to go through our belongings before putting them in the car. The lady at the front desk knew there was an issue and said nothing before we checked in, but told us so after we complained that the room should have never been booked. Now we have to wait for the refund to process in 7-10 days. I have photos to prove it but it wont let me uoload. DO NOT STAY HERE!

the room was full of roaches. all of them . on tub sink and fridge. ig roach . it s a know issue by management. nothing rhey will do about it. this worst thana. motel

The service in the early morning when you arrive, a little hostile. Upon arriving at the room, it was found dirty, with many cockroaches, I chose a non-smoking area and the unpleasant smell entered the room all the time. At no time was it announced to me that the towels have an additional cost if I wanted them to be changed. They didn't come to check if I needed anything in the room or the toilet paper they left me and my reservation was for 5 days. I never go back to that hotel. A hotel in decline. The worst experience you can have ever experienced.

There was no hot water for 4 days they Don t provide no towels or sheet the service is really bad.

If I could I would request a refund wasted money, did not even stay in the room booked a different room at a different location. Walked in the room and seen a roach in the AC crawling, walked in the bathroom and there was a dead roach in front of the tub. Hotel needs to be fumigated.

Service - waited 10 minutes before someone even came up to the front to check me in and not very friendly on top of it. Dealt with a different person when checking out and she wasn’t very friendly either. Room - had a terrible smell. I lifted the toilet seat up and a swarm of flies came flying out. Found a cockroach and other bugs. Everything was run down. I tiny bar soap provided and nothing else. Water took forever to heat up. I brushed my teeth and the water had a weird taste that stayed in my mouth for a good couple hours. I have never checked out early out of a hotel before because I was so grossed out. This was definitely the first.

First impressions is that its adequate. The environnement outside is quiet, however, the person in the room above played loud computer games most of the night. Then it sounded like he was playing soccer as there was constant moving around and pounding on the floor. Inside, we found a roach running around on the bathroom counter, also some other large flying bug I had to usher out of the room. The toilet did not flush. The bedsheets were clean but rough. The kitchen, dining, and bathroom surfaces were not overtly dirty but seem like they might appreciate a wipe-down with bleach. I have stayed in a lot better but also seen worse, and in that situation moved.to a different place.

As soon as we pulled up there were police but let me start off by saying this is the type of hotel where you have workers staying there that work in the area for a limited time until their job is done this is not an average hotel again these are actually long term rentals that the seasonal workers can stay in.

The lady at Check In (Leslie) was very nice and friendly, she made us aware of all the issues before agreeing to check in. She gave us an upgrade and we stayed right above the lobby in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was super comfy and although it was not equiped or had the amenties as other Extended Stay it was enough for us since we just needed a place to rest nearby. The beds were super comfy and thankfully unlike other reviewers I did not see any roaches and our apartment was very clean.

I never stayed. But Expedia allowed me to book it when they were already closed on checking in. Never got a refund. Expedia says it was on the hotel to give it back

Cockroaches in the room. The shower was nasty, dirty shower curtain with black mold and mildew. Butn marks all over the carpet and countertop.

Unless you're staying for 2 weeks or more, this place is not for you. You will not get clean towels or bed sheets unless you wash them yourself. The majority of guests appear to be folks who cannot otherwise afford to, or qualify, to rent or lease an apartment or house. Many were heavy smokers and others were smoking pot in their rooms. I'm sorry, but I cannot recommend this place to anyone expecting a typical hotel stay. I must say in their favor, that I never feared for my safety and the overall property was well maintained.

The staff is excellent and the location is within walking distance to food and shopping. The room was clean but very dated and furniture needed cosmetic repairs.
