Cigarette holes burnt into our bedding cigarette burns on almost every surface. You got just a bunch of drunk people and drugged out people screaming all night keeping people awake. I wish I would have known more about this place I would have spent more money and got a cleaner and better place.

The shower/tub was in poor condition. Having a refrigerator was nice. Room smelled really bad, like years of heavy smoking was still in there and now they’re trying to cover it up with a different scent. Had to keep window and door open while in the room to get fresh air inside.

This is an extended stay place and it shows the room was dirty, and the people who live the are ghetto; loud at night inside and outside. Staff is very cold and non welcoming.

Rooms are updated but not kept up. Could use a good deep cleaning. Our non smoking room smelt of smoke and we had to go get air fresheners.

We had a good stay! The reason I gave cleaning a 2 was there were drink rings on the end table & little kitchen table. Found a coffee filter packet open. The quietness was so nice! thank you.

Room was a good price, and mostly clean. Found some stray hair in the shower that wasn’t mine or my wife’s. Also, the stopper in the bathroom sink would not pop up and we couldn’t figure out how to get it up, so whenever we used it, it just filled up with water until it got to the overflow valve. Otherwise, it was perfectly fine and a pretty comfortable bed for being there less than 12 hours.

We visited another study 6 hotel yesterday and it was the complete opposite. The room here was unfortunately very cold when we arrived because the air conditioning probably ran for a long time. The bed, especially the wool blanket and the bedspread, were full of animal hair. Our neighbor was very loud and slammed doors at all hours. He had visitors at night and was taking a shower

I did not stay. The first room smelled horrible and within minutes I was getting sick to my stomach and had a headache. I think the room had been smoked in too. I needed a first floor room because of physical limitations. They changed me to a second room and it was worse. Also it was upstairs and I couldn't get my things up the stairs

I recommend this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable and reasonably priced.

The person at the front desk not only was extremely RUDE,but she lied to my face,was put out by a single question and I will never come back again.which sucks bc my husband and I have stayed there multiple times recently and loved the staff.just goes to show 1 bad apple can f up the whole bunch.😏

Check in was ok....wifi very weak. Could not make shower work so got dressed without showering. No water for bath either. Staff clerk said it was our fault for not pulling hard enough on the tap...I pulled hard. No refund or adjustment in price as we had slept in the bed, and had booked on line. Will never use this hotel chain again....do not stay here.

When checking the room the sent me to when i got to the room the door was cracked open so i went back to the front desk and told them the door was cracked open .she told me housekeeping may have left it that way . I went ba k and started to open the door . The room was occupied. I went to the front desk again and she said it was not supposed to be occupied. I told her well it is so she gave me another room . We got to the room .ther were bugs crawling on the windo inside the room spider webs in the coner o f the widows with dead bugs so i took a towel and killed the bugs and cleand the spider webs . I did tell the front desk . I was already tired of dealing with there mess ups 😒 i do not recommend this property to anyone

Very nicely renovated and clean to certain point they need hot rag to clean the counters better

looked sketchy when we pulled up to our room. a bunch of grills so we were a little leery of long time residents and problems. turned out to be okay, no problems. beds were comfortable and shower was pretty good. the floors were the worst problem being very dirty, you could see footprints on it.

It felt a little off.

Property is ok for limited stays.

The woman who checked us in (I don't remember her name, but she has opals on her chest) was absolutely fabulous - super considerate, super friendly, just a joy to interact with. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean enough. Laundry was $2 wash and $2 dry, laundry room was nice enough but has no folding area. One of the morning staff struck me as a bit rude, but hey, maybe mornings at a hotel suck, Idk, I've never worked at a hotel. No breakfast, but a kitchenette in the room with a full size refrigerator, a coffeemaker, a toaster and a microwave, and there's also a Starbucks literally across the street. Pool was nice. Dog run is very small, but it's great that it exists at all. Overall a very good experience. Would stay again.

First off, there was a ton of people hanging out and drinking/ smoking in the parking lot outside their rooms until 2-3am. Letting their dogs run around off leash and just acting like it’s a house party. The rooms look nice online, and seem to be recently updated, but as we entered the room there were bugs literally falling onto us as we walked in. They were all over the door, the floor, the window, the AC unit. Literally hundreds of them. Dead and alive. I spent the next 30 minutes killing as many as I could. The front desk person was not even in the office. Stood up there for 20 mins banging on the window and calling them with no luck. We had been on the road for over 20 hours and it was roughly 1am, so we didn’t have the energy or bandwidth to attempt to find a new room. The sheets were clean so we laid down to sleep for a couple hours, woke up and left. The towels and shower made it look like we’d actually get dirtier if we used them so we skipped that too. Absolutely disgusting!!

The internet is poor connection. Doesn't provide shampoo. Air conditioner is so loud.

Great location for access to interstate and close food options. Extended stay room with kitchenette in room and pool maintained daily. Floor had not been cleaned from previous guest, as there was piles of dog hair floor in between beds. Room in need of dusting and deep cleaning. Dog poop on sidewalk for 4 days before being cleaned.
