Staff was friendly, location is convenient, bar area and workers friendly and accommodative.

The worst hotel room that we have stayed in. Incredibly hot and not possible to cool down even with a fan and windows open, which allowed people to look into the room, from a footpath a few metres away. This was possibly due to location near hotel swimming pool. This room should never be offered

Having stayed at the Habour Hotel in South Hampton I had high expectations for this hotel. I was however disappointed. The views were spectacular and the room was comfortable, however, on two consecutive days I felt the room was cleaned haphazardly. Used glasses and towels not replaces and the bed looked like it was simply thrown together. When spending such a lot of money on a room, having a clean room should be a given. I doubt I will be giving my patronage to this brand hotel again.

Really comfortable stay, everything was made super easy from parking to eating.

The amenities and services are of high quality. The staff is very cooperative and polite. A very pleasant experience. I would love to book again.

Very nice hotel with excellent service. Unfortunately, if you travel with children, you have a very narrow window of opportunity to make use of the swimming pool. We found that part of our stay too restrictive.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and great views.

Our hotel room was fabulous. We had a comfortable two room suite with a balcony and sweeping views of Saint Ives and the bay. However, we found the staff to be generally disinterested, and at times unhelpful. They would only do or say the bare minimum to address your requests. While one was directed to call the front desk to request various services, I had great difficulty getting anyone to ever answer that phone. I usually departed to just going and taking care of whatever the issue was myself. Love the hotel room, and the view, but the staff experience was enough that I would not likely return again.

A great stay, courteous staff. 1 disappointment was my evening meal but probably just a blip and staff were quick to compensate me.

Enjoyed a lovely weekend (except for the rain lol) at this hotel for my 65th Birthday. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was very well laid out and the food amazing. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were very relaxing.

What a lovely hotel. Polite and friendly staff, amazing views and so close to town.

Everything was very good. The only issue was the room size. The wardrobe shelves were used for tea/coffee items and so clothes had to be left in suit case but it was difficult to find a space where this could be kept open to access the clothes.

Wow what a hotel! One of the best Iv stayed in the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable the food is superb room was large and lovely touches mini bar and coffee machine even a decanter of local gin and free! The views are amazing Give this hotel a try you won’t be disappointed!!

Loved our stay. Room was comfortable and the complimentary bottle of Prosecco was much appreciated. Had an excellent espresso martini at the bar! Spa facilities were fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay. The spa facilities were amazing and the breakfast was varied and tasty. Our room was very warm and the window open was too noisy so would pay for sea view room next time. Staff were very attentive and offered fans and checked heating for us. We would stay again.

Property very clean, staff polite, very good Breakfast with poached eggs cooked perfectly. One recommendation I would make is to have a light on the dressing table mirror for when applying make up or drying my hair.

Beautiful St Ives. Lovely hotel and great staff. Not very impressed with the spa this time. Hoards of children took over facilities although not actually allowed. No supervision and steam room didn’t work on 2 occasions as staff do not carry out checks. Spas are for adults to relax. Leisure Centres are for children to let off steam

Nice stay. Rooms were clean although rather small. Parking is challenging around St. Ives so valet parking was helpful. Cost is 10#/day.

Great location and views although it’s a bit of a walk back up the hill from the harbour front. We are in our 50’s and was fine. Room was excellent. I liked the staff. Bit of a wait for food at breakfast when it gets busy. I would go again.

Overall our stay was very good, room with a sea view was amazing - small but fine and the bathroom was spacious, clean and shower excellent. Great location with only a 10 minute walk into St Ives and parking was very useful and no hassle with the drop off area adjacent to the hotel entrance. Our only disappointment was the cooked breakfast on our first morning which was lukewarm and it looked like they were short staffed with only one taking orders and serving and there was a large wedding party to attend to?. Other than that we would highly recommend.
