One night stay on our way from Canada to Florida. Beds are super comfortable Bath tub needs caulking. StaCarpets in hallway

The hotel and everything was nice, but needed way better wifi. We could barely get signal in our room and when we did, you didn't have it for long or it was too slow to do anything on.

Everything about was the hotel was excellent . The only goof up was we checked into our room and when we came back after dinner the same room was given to someone else . Breakfast was excellent , Mexican restaurant across was hotel was great dining option . I can’t forget that it was pet friendly I had small puppy .

The beds and pillows were awful. The shower was in terrible shape. The room had a bad smell and was not very clean. Staff was super niice and breakfast was very good.

Second time staying at this hotel. Will continue to use them for future New River/ Gauly trips

The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable,and Jennifer at the front desk was amazing. The breakfast was also very good.The room was not very sound proof, I could hear every tiny thing other people did and the highway noise was bad.

Our checkin & out process was smooth rooms clean and stocked. Staff was kind and accommodating. Also if u need anything everything is that close.

Hallway carpet fairy stained, paint chipping in bathroom ceiling. Reservation for 4 people but only towels for 3 people.

Ok stay. Toilet ran on and off all night and window didn’t seal properly so you could hear the wind whistling through all night.

We were pleasantly surprised by our one-night stay here, passing through on our way home to Canada. The hotel is not as new as it appears from the outside, though it does appear to have undergone refurbishment in some areas. It was clean and comfortable, the bed linens were very nice though the pillows are the small postage stamp size (best bring your own) ones. We were welcomed by Kayla, who was very cheerful and friendly. She recommended some restaurants (Maloney's won), and later in the evening while playing a board game in the lobby we had a good conversation with her (while she folded bedding) about the secret to folding fitted sheets, and she offered to change the channel on the tv if we did not want to listen to game shows. Kayla was attentive, down to earth, and we appreciated it. Breakfast the next morning was a little different than many chain hotel offerings - fried eggs appeared, nicely cooked sausages and yummy potatoes! The kitchen area was clean, and well stocked, I loved the brown sugar packets for my oatmeal. Coffee was kept full and fresh, and the "breakfast lady" hovered around making sure all was well. Thank you La Quinta staff! Ya did good!

Very clean facility and pleasent staffing. Many amenities available in walking distance. Easy access via off highway service road. Nice comfortable room.

I loved the breakfast at this hotel very good with awsoke options, the hotel was nicely decorated and the room was nice and clean. Hotel staff was nothing but kind and gave recommendations for things to do.

Other than the carpeting in the hall and room being stained and dingy, the hotel was excellent. Staff was awesome and the bed was extremely comfortable.

My stay with my dog was great. Check in and check out were easy and quick. i try to always stay at a La Quinta.

Excellent stay. Poor WiFi.

Mostly good but noise carries between rooms. Beds too high to sit on. Mattress ok but not the most comfortable. The shower water was warm but not hot.

Just is right in front of a busy mini mall and tons of things. There was a guy in the parking lot of the hotel suspiciously passed out.

Overall the hotel was nice lots of food and shopping options right by the hotel. They offer a pretty good breakfast in the morning so it was nice to be able to save some money with that a couple issues we had was the wifi in our room was terrible so we were not able to watch netflix or any streaming apps and they didnt have an option to upgrade the wifi which i feel most hotels do now and days the coffee maker didnt work in the room not a big deal for me just a little note other than those issues wifi being the biggest we did like the hotel and the location so many stores right by us a walmart in walking distance and many food options overall i would stay again just bring my tablet or something to be abke to watch what i want

Why would you build this newish hotel and not install sound insulated windows on the highway side? Noisy! Hall carpets dirty. Shower head leaky. Breakfast ok and front desk friendly

This is the second time staying here when I travel to Ohio. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. And the breakfast is real good, sausage links, eggs, fried potatoes and more. I really have nothing bad about my stay since I've stayed here twice in the last few years.

The front desk staff were very helpful and accomodating with my famipy and my two dogs

Price is a bit higher that it needs to be. Have used this location for several years on route to Florida from Ontario. Breakfast was mediocre and internet was completely unusable.

The staff was great. The pool and hot tub were good. The breakfast was amazing. The only bad thing was there was a musty smell throughout the hotel.

Nice clean hotel, good breakfast. But internet WAY too slow.

Room was dirty, stains on bedding, small black bugs on beds, didn’t feel like desk and night table surfaces were wiped down, just felt very dirty. Single pane windows on a highway makes it very noisy as well. Best part was the breakfast and convenient location.
