Didn't eat the breakfast, however, the last time I stayed there we did and it was a decent breakfast bar. Room was quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked that the "pet friendly" rooms were outfitted with non-carpeted floors (LVP) but were still nice to walk on. Front desk guy was very friendly (and not from a foreign country).

Some of the exterior door auto-lock mechanisms were broken and didn't provide any additional security. The shower was a bit weak but was adequate for my wife to get a shower. Key cards were a little cantankerous.

Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy.

The bathroom sink drained slowly.

no grass outside for dogs -signs on grass do not allow dogs(dog friendly hotel?) fridge froze our food solid -room looks a-lot different from pics online -air conditioning did not work properly -very loud right beside hwy-outdated -disappointed -

I was unhappy with trying to reserve the room. When I called the number listed on the web, (which must have been a booking site) it gave me a person by the name of Stephanie, who tried to charge my card 3 or 4 times an amount that I had never had to pay at Quality Inn before, she would not accept AARP or my senior discount. For some reason, she could not get my credit card number correct, so she transferred me to someone else and it didn't take my card again. I finally hung up. We traveled nearly 2 1/2 hours to get there and we were almost there and I found another number to Quality Inn at Summersville, WV which was directly at the facility and was able to get my room reserved. I thought it strange I was having to give my credit card number, when I never really had to before till I got there. I never mentioned to the front desk, but there was an awful smell that came from our bathroom and the air conditioner would not kick on and off correctly. The room was either too hot or too cold. (we didn't bother anyone about it, we weren't there but for two days this time. My husband and I have stayed at Quality Inn for several years.

The rear access door did not need a key because it was taped open. This could be a security issue if I was traveling alone.
