First room they gave us smelled like an ashtray and wasn’t the king suite we had reserved. Second room was not the suite either. Third room WAS the king suite- no balcony- on the side of constant traffic. Had to turn on background noise just to sleep. Rooms are old- tile in kitchen cracked. Carpets downstairs hallways were buckling and a safety hazard. Used to always stay here business- need to find a new go to hotel in Roseville.

Nothing bad just nothing great. A good quick stop. Facility needs updating. Their breakfast to go in the morning was very disappointing. The form that you fill out listed a good selection of items, but most of the items that I selected were not in the bag when I got to my destination parking lot with 10 minutes to eat. Example, old banana milk but no cereal and no hard boiled egg but salt and pepper for it. Not the end of the world just disappointing.

This place was so clean and absolutely beautiful!! The staff was very friendly and welcoming too. We stayed overnight after attending a concert (KEM) in Wheatland at the Hard Rock Cafe but this place was so awesome I just want to come and stay. just for some "*me" time. I will be back and I am telling everyone I know about you!

Like sleeping in the fast lane of a freeway. Noise was insane. Moved us to a quieter room night two, the mattress was like the Grand Canyon. Both of us struggling to stay put, rolled to the canyon. Mattress was shot!

We never got to stay. We booked through Hotels.com, and the reservation never hit the hotel system. There was an email from Hotels.com to the hotel, but the hotel would not honor that. Then, the hotel said it was after 11 p.m., and they couldn't check us in any way after waiting 45 minutes for the reservation to come in officially. Have stayed here several times in the past and this hotel is going down quickly in quality. This hotel is looking very tired.

Please keep your toiletries dispensers filled. Otherwise go back to offering bottles. The conditioner was completely empty and the shampoo was getting low.

The only issue I have is they charge for parking. $20 a day and I feel like that's a hidden fee and should be more upfront. Also the breakfast isn't great but we are happy something was available.

I just needed a quick place to sleep while traveling so I wasn’t there long. I arrived late and left early. Upon arrival the younger girls working the front desk were friendly. I was a little sketched out because there were a few weirdos in the parking lot but I survived. I liked that they kept the doors locked to the building and a key card was required to enter. My room was great and spacious for the price. Everything was clean. Bed was okay, not super comfortable but overall good. The one issue I did have was with the free grab and go breakfast. I turned my slip in at check in which informed them of what I wanted & I show up on my way out in the morning & they had no record of my slip so I didn’t get a breakfast. She did offer to go get it after she helped a few people in line but was in a hurry so I couldn’t wait. I did appreciate her offering though.

The room had an Oder and the young chair had many stains and was discolored. The bed was so awful, it was hard and you could literally feel the springs.we almost left in the middle of the night because we couldn’t sleep in the bed.

This hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. This staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is very limited and nowhere near satisfying. Didn't care for the $10 charge to park in their parking lot.
