Hotel was very nice & clean. Staff was friendly & helpful. There are 2 reasons why i only gave 4 stars - cleaning was supposed to be done every other day but was not done at all.during our 3 night stay (had to request clean towels - received in about 5min) and curtanis are designed not to close all the way so the street light in the parking lot shined directly in my face all night long.

Posititves: generally friendly staff, clean room and public areas, hot water, good AC, pet friendly, plenty of towels, nicely stocked with coffee et al., and the Bible in room.
Negatives: A broken lamp that was propped up so that it would not fall over. A sewing pin with thread attached was sticking up in the couch armrest that went into my hand. Both of these should have been taken care of before we checked in. We would have liked medium firmness pillows. We were not given the Honors gift at check in. No bar soaps.

The staff was good, but a few minor issues I complained about were never resolved. Hotel needs to be updated, for one the door seals need to be done. Can see from your room the lights in the hallway (don’t feel safe in the room, not secure enough). Was given a handicap room, I did not request! Very disappointed in the overall look of the building!

The hotel was fine. Many people with dogs which shows its a great place to stay if you're with your dogs. The bed was very very firm and the property is showing its age. Overall it was just what we needed, apart from the hard mattress.

The hotel was nice and everything seemed clean but we did have a sticky floor (carpeted area). I normally do not ask to change rooms and we didn't this time but had I been staying more nights, I definitely would have. We got in really late and were only staying one night so we dealt with it. Other than that, the stay was great.

This property was fine as a stop over during our travels, but I felt it was somewhat overpriced for the facility itself. For a $200/night room, the bathroom is only modestly updated. Beds are comfortable and breakfast was good, but it should not have cost so much for one night.

The toilet did not flush very well. You need to look at 207 and check the toilet.
Light comes thru where the curtain doesn’t cover the window. The room does not get dark

Overall it was decent.. quiet at night and there was plenty of dinner options around the area. On checkin, the front desk charged me for the stay even though I had already paid in full through Expedia. I had to go back later and ask for a refund. It was decently clean, but definitely needed a few upgrades like the carpeting was sticky, there was some broken pieces of pipe under the sink/toilet, and the smell was a little musty. We stayed here 3 years ago and you can tell it’s gotten older. Breakfast was pretty good.

The only issue was that the bathroom was cold despite the heater being on, and the hot water in the shower was not hot, more like Luke warm.
