Although I did receive a refund. Everything about the hotel was bad. Our room nothing worked and accommodation was not able to be met.

Need to check the key every night even if you booked for several days. The walls of the room is stained with blood or vomit it looks disgusting. For two peoples they serve only two towels for three nights. Cigarette from the hallway enters into the room and the room stinks. The room is over priced, You can find a better room with less price with breakfast, microwave and fridge. The hotel need to bee deep cleaned and the management and everything should be changed. With such a nice location and nice building it takes several bad peoples to create such a terrible service.

Just nasty, floors and walls were so nasty, towels had black and what appeared to be blood stains, trash everywhere halls and all over outside. Just nasty!!!

Wall was peeling off, so many stains on the carpet, gave only one shower towel , no tx cable, some lights did not work.room smell

I've been staying here since the middle of June and the staff is awesome and love my view from my window it looks over Mpls and downtown

I believe that the facility has potential; however there was not enough attention given to some of the public areas. The elevators, in particular, were not presentable... seemed rundown, scuffed, unpainted. The grounds were overgrown and there was trash about; there was a vomit stain on the entry walkway that remained there the entire 3 days of my stay.

No tv at all in whole hotel or continental breakfast no pop machines anything. There was no maid service gor in late dim rooms was dirty coffee machine had old coffee bag still in floors chairs etc dirty not visible 1st nite. Came back later after funeral no maid service towels still on the floor as no towel bars Help not offering discount or refund or services. Too late to go elsewhere ong awegul experience. Expect retribution for this.

The rooms were very dirty, there was no hot water at all, the cable has been out for a month after i have already paid it in Full she mentioned it. A lot of bumps all day and night walking around asking for money and cigarettes. Me and my wife and kids had the worst experience that weekend getaway.!!

While approaching the hotel we could see all the trees on the property where dead and Broken down cars in the parking lot. The front desk was literally scotch taped together and there was a strong smell of Indian food throughout the facility. The elevator had spray paint inside of it. There were stains everywhere on the carpets and on the chairs in the room. We lifted the sheet covering the mattress and there were lots of stains on the mattress. There was no remote or cable for the television. The bathroom cabinet was broken and you could see all the bathroom pipes. Outside the room in the hallway was lots more stain’s and the ice machine looked like it was destroyed. Rust and water all over the floor. No amenities we’re available (swimming pool was empty, no gym anymore, no restaurant, no cable, no phone, no breakfast, no rest rooms in lobby). This place needs to be shut down. Other reviewers said the front desk has told them it’s was being used as a Homeless Shelter. This was not work being charged $135.00. We left and went to a different hotel. Not sure if we can get our money back????? The pictures are very misleading.

The A/C unit made such a noise that i couldn't use it and it was very warm in the room. I didn't get much sleep. I wouldn't stay there again.

The paint is pealing off the ceilings the bathtub was used prior to be entering the room it’s hair on the pillows and covers it’s trash and crumbs in the closet the elevator is very dirty the desk had bug on it

This is the WORST WORST hotel i have every booked, I booked a room for artist, last friday June 2nd, the room had a hole in the ceiling, the pilow cases were wet , moisty and smelly, there carpet was wet, the artists asked for another Room, and the room was worse, broken knobs, dirty towels, wet bedsheets. I deciced to cancel the room, I called Hotels.com and they initiated a cancellation and request for a refund, the hotel declined. I decided to give the hotel a courtesy call to show them the pictures i had fro the messy rooms, at this point the the Manager, Mr. Cameron completely shocked me when he said the notes said, i spent the night at rge Room,i asked why whould i cancel the room then come and sleep in the same room? i was compeletly shocked and out of words, I asked them for a receipt if i spent the night there, he Refused to give me the receipt. At this point I called the Police, 2 officers showed up, i was talking to one while the other officer was talking to the manager, the officer talking to me completely agreed with me...and then things turned the other officer returned to me and even shocked me with another lie by the manager, the manager claimed i was there all weekend and was causing problems, i was shocked, i was no where close to that propoerty, at this point the police officer started making statements to me implying he believed the manager. WORST WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Pursueing this further,

It’s under construction, it’s dirty , it’s very creepy in this place my kids were terrified they didn’t want to give me a refund because the room we paid for was unavailable. We left our stuff in the room they couldn’t get back in to get our stuff it took them a whole hour. I would sleep in my car before I sleep in this place

Stay away from this place as far as you can. I can't even sit here and write all this hogwash they did. Nothing was close to clean, the staff got trained on a soul plane or something because they don't care.

The property is going through renovations.

Very lovely hotel with a reasonable price! Mickey was beyond helpful and even helped me carry my belongings from the lobby to my room on 8th floor! Thank You so much Mickey!

No TV. Hot water has to run for 15-20 to get hot. I think it has bed bugs. I have bite on me. Someone was trying to get into my room one night. Staff was nice. Do not stay here!

Need to bring a Chromecast cable out but nice staff

This property does not look like the pictures. The first room they put us in was not cleaned there was food from previous guests and the beds weren’t made. Had to get another room and still just disgusting. The mini fridge in our room didn’t work, asked staff where the ice machine was and they didn’t know, had to check almost every floor before finding it. Everything is dirty.

Theres this young lady that was so polite and she wore my food up because there's no microwaves and there's no breakfast that's been served in the morning at all but the others were not warm my food up in the microwave I don't know the young lady's name but I do know what she look like and she was very polite and very good people service and she understood what was going on in the hotel that was not right fire alarm came on and locked all doors to the elevators had to walk the stairs from the 8th floor and found out police came because of someone was fighting police also knocked at my door after I got off work waking me up bamming on the door hard scared me have my heart pumping asking was there a altercation in my room and I said no.

Cheap stay. Front desk gal was super nice. But, we got checked into a dirty room w a flooded bathroom. Moved to a different room that was somewhat clean but super gross. Stained chairs & floors. Also, no hot water what so ever.
