Upon my arrival, the front desk clerk was efficient but not extremely welcoming; I almost felt like I was bothering him.
The condition of the hotel was more in line with an older fairly well used and somewhat poorly maintained hotel.
When I got to my room, there was no heat. It was about two hours before the room was warm.
I was very satisfied with the hot breakfast.

Sad to see the staff with so little ressources. They were very friendly, but just couldn't give the basics expected in a hotel. No room seevice, no available towels (literally not enough for all the rooms), rooms were dirty when we arrived, even hard to get some extra shampoo and no conditioner available. Limited breakfast... we had to ask for refills for everything (we had a 3 nights stay!!!)
Sad to see owners not taking being in business seriously. Again, staff was very friendly and trying to help, but they just didn't have thr resources.

The tv guide was missing had to send my kid down to get a paper copy there were stuff on the wall by the fridge and one of the knobs was missing on the tv stand and not sure but last time there was a bible in the drawer and that wasn’t there

We had a great stay in this hotel! It's clean and peaceful. We enjoyed our free breakfast and the fact that our room and the washroom is clean and have enough supplies.
This hotel is worth the price and perfect for an overnight or few days stay. We had a comfortable experience overall.

The room was spacious and clean, great value for the price of our trip. The breakfast area needed tidying as groups finished, and the carpet could be replaced with solid surface flooring, but otherwise it was a great stay.

I frequently stay at the Travel Lodge Wyndham while visiting family in North Bay and always find the accommodations clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. If you are looking for a place to stay that will constantly provide these values I recommend this hotel.

Bed was comfy, linens clean, pillows lumpy and the bathroom wreaked of urine, we tried to clean around the toilet but it must have been in the wallpaper on the wall next to the toilet, a/c unit was tripped and low battery on the wall thermostat so had a hard time to keep it on. Had to keep the bathroom door shut so the smell would not be unbearable.

-the first room I got had garbage in the can, food in the fridge, someone had obviously been laying in that bed, and there were FLOWERS hiding behind the television.
-second room wasn’t nearly as lived in, but pull out bed was still unmade.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to the major intersaction and also good parking for our own car .

Everything looked like it needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Floors in halls were dirty. Smell in building was old and dingy, probably from not being cleaned properly. Bathroom in our room was not cleaned before our arrival, bed skirt was not proper size and was therefore dishevelled and bunched up on floor around bed and would look better without it. Room lamps didn’t have plugs. We ended up changing rooms, toilet and floor looked cleaner but bathtub in new room was still dirty with ring around the tub. Cleaning quality was so poor, not to mention every thing being outdated and in need of repair. Price point for rooms does definitely not match quality of hotel. Front desk guy was nice and air conditioning worked ok, however I would never stay there again! And I will be sure to let others know.

The property was uninhabitable and we were forced to find last minute accommodation elsewhere. The property refused to refund us and directed us to expedia for a refund. Expedia also refused to refund us citing that we had checked in. Although true we had checked in we never stayed in the room as it was infested with ants. I will never use this property or expedia again.

It is not good for Disables or an older gentleman. The toilets are too low and the tubs are too high up. And there's no way of them getting a handle to pull themselves up off the toilet or the shower.
