The staff and service was great. They had a delicious breakfast! Our room heater was not working properly. It was heating too much. We kept turning the thermostat down but it made no difference. Other than that , it was a good stay

We were greeted right away and checked in quickl. The room was very nice except the carpet was not very clean. It made bare feet dirty

The pool was tiny, the room carpet was filthy, I got to teach my kids what pot smoke smells like, and the tv did not work. The bed wasn’t bad and seemed clean though.

Perfect one night stay near the airport. The front desk lady was exceptional. Breakfast was as expected. Room was clean and spacious.

The hotel was fine. Pretty much what you’d expect from a hotel that costs under $100/night. Hard to complain about at that price point.

The hotel neeeds a lot of cleaning. The carpet is filthy with bad stains. The bedding looked like it had not been changed and had stains. Basically it needs to be cleaned.

We were there for a 1/2 marathon - 1 night stay. I did notice the 12 pm check out which was nice. Room was nice and clean - no complaints. Landscaping outside could use some work but overall good place!

This property had staff that didn’t really seem to care about their jobs. The hotel reeked of marijuana smell. If you get in trouble for smoking cigarettes, you shouldn’t be able to smoke pot either. The rooms were tidy and had the amenities, but mine was not clean.
Would not stay again.

I would share that the hallways need more frequent vacuuming. I would also suggest that housekeeping vacuum hair from the bathroom floors and tubs before and after they clean.

The bathroom needs walls scrubbed and painted. Lights by bed did not work and no other lights were bright enough to use in that area. No information available on how to switch from tub to shower. Later found out bottom of faucet needed twisted.

I wish the pool wasnt so small its tiny and it was warm like hotter than lukewarm which made me feel kinda nasty when orher families were in there kind of right on top of you. No hot tub needs that too... but breakfast was delish everything well seasoned it was set up nice and hotel is clean

Didn’t realize they required 1 hour notice for shuttle, however they did come right away. Check in was easy but there was no one at front desk at check out, and I waited for sometime before heading out. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Room was clean, however few icks in the bathroom. Nice property.

Management was rude. We booked 4 rooms for my father's, who is a Korean War veteran, funeral. They charged an extra fee for our 4lb dog, which no other hotel in the area does. Then, my daughter, who was leaving a day early, forgot to check out of her room when we left for the funeral. When we came back to get her bag, they had charged us for a full night stay. They adjusted it to "just" a $50 late checkout charge. Stay at the Element hotel instead. Their staff is actually happy you are there and don't try to nickle and dime you.

Very clean and the staff was wonderful! Good breakfast assortment too! Only complaint was that the A/C in our room was comically loud at inconsistent intervals and the TV would also not stay at a consistent volume.

Staff seems unhappy, the bed was beyond destroyed and cleaningless rooms. Pillows smelled bad and overall a bad experience. Cancelled midway on reservation and went a different place. If you have the opportunity to come, waste it.

The mattress was not in good condition and the pillows were terrible. There was no grab bar for the shower, which is especially unsafe for seniors. The television channel selection was poor. The breakfast was okay but there were coffee grounds in the coffee and sometimes it was way too strong. I would not stay at this hotel again.

They do NOT have an airport shuttle. They have a guy with a car who might take you to the airport. Also, the front desk staff will attempt to discourage you from using the "shuttle". If you are flying out of Moline, you should stay at the Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn closer to the airport.

Staff was amazing. Pillow size reminding me a throw pillows. Orange chair in room had reached the end of its lifespan. Toilet was a bit to close to the sink. Room was clean along with the entire facility. Even with the few very minor issues we would stay here again.

There were no smiles when we were greeted upon first arrival. After some conversation I was able to elicit a smile from the clerk. It too about 6 attempts for the clerk to get my room cards. The first two didn't work and we went to get two more. There was a new clerk and again no smiles. Out of those two cards only one worked. The room floor had clearly been poorly vacuumed and there were many stains (disgusting) on the floor. The room also smelled very strongly of cleaning solutions. The furniture needed to be dusted. We were in a time crunch so we just dealt with it rather than change rooms. This motel could use some customer service training and accountability in the housekeeping/maintenance departments. There is either a training issue or a management issue. We would not stay there again.

The rental company is in a questionable part of town. It took an hour from the time we got to the rental car pick up location to get the car. It was located a 5 mi n drive. Insurance was an issue. I have Florida car insurance and they said our insurance wasn’t enough so they are requiring me to pay for there’s at a high high rate.

My girlfriend and I have stayed here multiple times, and it is always a good experience. It is reliable and has been good for us. The breakfast could be a little bit better, but we still enjoy our stays here.
