Clean, attractive, excellent beds, nice size room, full breakfast, great location

Hallway on second floor smelled bad, possibly mildewed. Elevator smelled badly too.

Customer service! Most impolite receptionist I have ever met, simply saying "RUDE" does not express how unprofessional this person was! Even forgot to program in my wake up call for my international flight the next morning @ 0400! The WIFI required an unnecessary exercise for access! The receptionist did not enter my name correctly into the system, so accessing the WIFI was impossible, not to mention filling in ones required personal information was more like a job application for Gods sake

Pool water was cool...needed a bit updating.

Comfortable and clean.

TV did not work. Phone did not work. Person above us stomping on floor two nights in a row.

It was clean

Cold shower no hot water bed is wore out phone and TV didn't work.

The location to the Moline airport is excellent.

Cleanliness of room - much better during pandemic.

Breakfast was good and the eating area was very jice.

There could have been a little more variety of breads, muffins and bagels.

Hallways were drab and plain. Room needed more light. Bathroom did not have toilet paper or body soap .
