The staff was wonderful. Every interaction I dealt with extremely nice people. The hot water was tepid at best. The later it got in the morning, the colder it would get. The overall appearance of the hotel was nice. I'd just make sure they have the hot water fixed before I'd consider staying again.

Couldn't find my reservation charged me for an upgrade to a bigger room because nothing else was available. The room was great other than there was no hot water. It was a hot tub with no hot water.

Nice staff, comfy bed, decent breakfast. Wish I'd realized there was an indoor pool and hot tub. I did not receive a complimentary drink as my booking indicated but that's okay, didn't impact the rating.

We weren't informed about a room change till after we paid. Would have gone to a different hotel if we had known. Water damage all over the place and the wallpaper was kept up by packing tape

Had a gathering for my daughter and a couple her friends (all teens) I left a hour only to get a call from kids.saying the front desk clerk just walked in the room and told them to the music down because they had a noise complaint they turnt the music off they said the lady continued to stand outside their desk so they opened and the lady cussed at them and called them Morons done instead of calling my phone she called the police and when I asked what happened she lied on my kids . Ruined my daughters birthday when it all could’ve been resolved by a phone call .

We had a deluxe king size room reserved and were switched to a queen sized 2 beds with no deluxe accommodations. They did not disclose it at check in and when we got into the room it was not what was reserved. Their excuse was that they were overbooked and they had the right to arbitrarily change our reservation. Not happy with our stay. Not our fault it was overbooked. They did provide an “adjustment on our bill”. We cannot recommend a hotel that operates this way.

Stoney creek js fine depending on your needs. I do believe its aging and needs updates and one the weekends the hotel is overcrowded with a ghetto crowd as if your in a poverty area. My small daughter found a pill on the floor thankfully she didnt eat it so housekeeping must have some work to do. The pool is cool how its indoor outdoor but wallpaper is falling from ceiling and hottub looks like it has some growth at the bottom, also weekends 100 kids in there.

The only downside was the hot tub in the pool area. When the jets were going, chlorine would steam excessively making our eyes burn. We informed the front desk of the situation and hopefully the issue will get resolved so it doesn't affect anyone else. Other than that, my gf and I had a blast! :)

We got there a bit early having forgot the time zone change but they checked with housekeeping and although no rooms that met our reservation requirements were available one was ready within 5 mins and they also offered us an ungraded room which was very, very nice

Cool rooms, nice that there’s a lot for kids to do on the property. Pool area has a shower for people to rinse off before/after entering which I like. Ceiling above the hot tub needs some repairs but overall happy with the pool/spa area. Kids had fun! Ali checked us in and was super friendly and helpful! The hotel closed breakfast at 9:30am which is weird for a weekend but okay.

It's within walking distance to the Mississippi River. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but it is pretty close to several restaurants. It had a decent breakfast and the front desk staff were able to give us some information for our children's allergies when we asked.

It was a great clean hotel with log cabin themed rooms. Would definitely stay again. The coffee at the free breakfast wasn’t great, but everything else was. Including the shower, my husband said it was the best hotel shower he’s ever had.
