Front desk staff not the most customer friendly during check in. Luggage check staff very helpful and professional.

Andrew was great at getting a room issue resolved. The breakfast was quickly replenished to meet the needs of the crowd.

Bed was hard to sleep on We booked this hotel because it was across from Port New Orleans as we were going on a cruise. We called six months prior our hotel booking and asked about parking. No one mentioned about cruise package. we got to hotel and they asked us if we signed up for cruise packaging, which is the shuttle to port, we told them no one told us that and we would have to wait in line the next morning to get on the shuttle for first come first serve. Just stayed one night at hotel and parked at Port New Orleans in their garage for our cruise.

My stay was amazing

The customer service was poor. Staff was not very inviting or kind, especially a young lady at the front desk and one of the valet attendants. Avoiding staff made the stay palatable. The breakfast was atrocious. Didn't bother eating at the hotel after the first day which is disappointing b/c staying at hotels that offer breakfast is a budgeting benefit when traveling with children. I also know that the Hampton Inn tends to serve delicious breakfast; and who would expect less in New Orleans, a place that prides itself on it's cuisine. Overall, the hotel served it's purpose. Getting a good look at the layout though, simply allowed me to know which hotel my family and I will stay at for our trip next year. And I'll definitely make sure to spread the word to other congregants that plan on going for the Full Gospel Convention. Had the customer service been better, I probably would have returned.

I sent a email regarding my feelings Upon checkin I didn’t receive the room I ordered it was 3 of us and we only had 2 beds for a 6 night stay… your workers especially Ivy was very rude… not only to me and my guest but other guest as well as phone callers… she needs to be retrained or fired she’s definitely not rep representing you guys, the way you should be nothing was done. She never try to accommodate me. She just told me there was nothing that they could do all the rooms were sold out but the type of room that I rented online I did not receive we had to find Apple a parking because there were no parking available from what I was being told so for six nights I had to park my car somewhere else. It was just an overall bad experience housekeeping staff didn’t speak English, so it was very hard getting them to understand what we were saying so our room never was clean. We had to clean our own rooms every day we went and bought towels from Walmart because they said they didn’t have any every day that we asked and we was washing up with hand towels instead of washcloths until they finally found some like day 3… I could go on and on… the bar opened at 5pm and closed at 9 or earlier if no one was there… I must say it’s a beautiful place but needs to be restaffed with people that care and not there just for pay… that’s my 2nd stay there and will probably be my last…

This is a perfect hotel for conferences. Easy walk to the conference center, which is 1/2 block away. Beds are comfortable & staff are very helpful.

Only did room services every other day. Breakfast was good. Beds comfy. I was locked out of room when I arranged a late check out at noon instead of 11:00 am when I returned after the last meeting I was attending. Toilet ran even after maintenance tried to fix it. Hotel shuttle only ran to the river and back. Not to airport or close by attractions such as French Quarters. There was a water boil alert & the front desk provided 2 bottles of water but didn’t inform us that there was a water boil & to not drink the water. Best point was its location -able to walk across the street to get into the convention center when it was SO HOT & HUMID to walk outside. Thank heavens.

The carpet is very old and needs replacing. Rooms are dated. Front desk personnel were great and friendly. Breakfast was good. Elevators and showers both work very well. Quick response on both and plenty of hot water and pressure with the shower. The hotel itself needs a lot of attention though, which would be. A lot more acceptable except for the $225 a night we were charged. Parking at $42 plus tax is also very expensive.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The value is great. It is at the far end of the City but it works because if you want to get away from the crowds you can and if you want to be in the middle of the crowd, you can walk of uber there.

Only valet parking $50 per night

Big surprise on check in was the $45 per day parking fee

Only issue was garbage- only one trash can in the room, so trash cans on each floor were overflowing

I loved the convenance and transportation of this hotel experience. Ivy was very professional and a great help. She went above and beyond.

Overall the stay was good. Really enjoyed the complementary coffee and tea to enjoy at any time of the day. My family and I would meet to converse right before we headed to bed and drink some coffee/tea. At times one of the elevators spelled like urine, so that was gross. Thats my only complaint.

It was my 37th wedding anniversary and my trip to NOLA was great! Breakfast was great! Rooms were great!

Hotel room was great, very clean, comfortable. It has a great location, we had a great time.

Found some areas dirty and needed a daily cleaning. The valet parking was too expensive. First was told free then charged $40 . The pool area sitting area had no pillows for the lounge chairs. The bathroom was in need of a scrubbing, The whole room needed a cleaning the furniture was soiled and some needed replacing.

Great stay close to cruise port.

Room was not ready at 3p class in delayed by 45 minutes. Very loud in lobby due to a family reunion. Ice machine broken on 5th floor. No ice in lobby. This experience was a little frustrating.
