Noise from outside bar was heard through midnight.

The property was okay; however, carpets were spotted and stained. Furniture, etc. in the room were worn and dated.

Front desk woman was unprofessional and rude. I called and upgraded the room before and extend stay. My stay wasn’t extended and I wasn’t placed in the correct room.

We have stayed at this holel several times and it’s clean, affordable, safe and the staff is very friendly!

Great place

The hotel has a "smoked in " scent. It hits you when you walk in. The front desk employees were very kind and friendly. My room was hot. Humid. Just not comfortable. Parts looked worn but it was clean. The breakfast was terrible. Eggs were watery, sausage was hard. Not tasty at all

Both my friend and I found the room to be too humid. Air conditioner filter must be bad

This property was awesome. The hotel staff was really nice and went over and beyond to accommodate us. (I wish I could elaborate on that more, but I don't want to get anyone in trouble) There was a couple of restaurants within walking distance which made things a lot easier. A great place to stay if your flight gets cancelled.

DIRTY. THE SINK WAS PLUGGED UP. THE WALLS WERE PEELING FROM PREVIOUS WATER LEAKS IN WALLS.

Staff was absolutely AMAZING! Greated me every single time i came through the lobby. (When i arrived she was looking for a cart for a customer, but could not find one, and was very nice letting them know she was unable to find one then proceeds to help the rest of the customers in the lobby keeping a complete professional approach to all of us waiting.) Breakfast is a basic hotel breakfast no fancy food. Coffee is available 24hrs in the front lobby! They have a little store for snacks & the do have paper ware if you forget some to heat up any leftovers or the food they sale in the little store. Its right next to main event if you want to do a little trip for you & the kiddos. Multiple restaurants right by it, not even a 10min walk maybe 5 at most. Across the bridge are gas stations if you wanna do that 10min walk. (Again maybe not even 10 mins) the hotel has a pool & 2 hot tubs. Some rooms have Jetted Tubs & theyre pretty nice! Our bed this time however was HARD no cushion caused me & the hubs a lot of back pain!

Room is not clean and has a musty smell, hotel is dated, toilet didn’t drain well.

One night family stay before departing airport. Clean hotel with fast and friendly check in.

Hotel did not have a bar and the pool was closed! That isn't what it said on listening..close to the convention center, near food restaurant was all there was.

Loved our stay but. The pool was closed, didnt notice but oir fridge was unplugged for some reason and our dei ks and food spoiled. Trash and things behind TV cabinet. Beds were just about broken and quite stiff. The pillows were good. Would like to see more plug oprtions around the beds. Other than that it was in a good locations. Restaurants all around. Breakfast was good, all though it seemed to have one person trying to keep up with the morning breakfast crowd. 7.5/10

Was decent!

I came back to my room to see the room is messed yo with and not cleaned up and there is no fresh towels and sheets, while I still have 2 more day of stay, however the staff quickly acknowledge the mistake and fixed the room up which I appreciated it.

Bathroom tile floors were cracked and loose a funny stain on the lampshades

I like the jetted tub in our room.

Our room hadn’t been vacuumed good. There was a hair clip and other items left near the bed on the floor. Bathroom was semi clean. Could have been cleaner for sure.

Room was decent clean not speck and span clean but was clean.

We enjoyed our stay

I loved how their shuttle service was available to drop us off at stores without a charge.

The good: this hotel was clean and the complimentary breakfast was yummy. The products in the bathroom were all Dove, so that was nice, as well. The bad: the sink was broken so you had to place the handle in a specific way to turn it off or it dripped all night. The shower actually caused the bathroom to flood when it was on, leading to overuse of towels.

Very clean room. Facility was very nice and comfortable

Quiet and set away from road

Property (carpet, walls, etc.) a bit outdated but clean and presentable. Not the typical standard of other newer Holiday Inn Express properties I stay at, but no complaints. Fine for business travelers or family.
