I have tried to get a recite for additional charges without any luck.
How can you charge a credit card and not send a recite?? Also why is it so complicated to get the recite after departure as your hotel is only reached by phone and not email?

I had a short stay but the staff were very kind and courteous. I did late check out and was concerned there’d be a lot of noise from other guests checking out in the morning but it was so calm and quiet. Would definitely stay here again

The only thing I didn't like is that they charge $18 for parking and if you arrive late you don't have a place to leave your car.

Very Homie, the upgrade to The Club Access was worth it! The breakfast included was amazing, and the Happy Hour made our Trip!!! Staff was amazing and willing to help at the drop of a hat! Would definitely stay again!

I’m kind of disappointed in IHG properties overall. First experience in New Orleans was great, but the next 3 visits in other cities was less than desirable.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. In room breakfast was tasty and fast. The staff made my stay enjoyable. The only con was I couldn’t get in contact with the lady responsible for the spa services. I contacted her over 5 times and left countless messages and never received a response.

I appreciated the excellent level of comfort offered by the hotel. The quality of the breakfast food was excellent and the variety above average. The staff was always very kind and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and well organized. Every detail makes you feel welcome. I will return if I have to stay in Miami and I highly recommend it to others.

Nice hotel. Good location. Just tue daily parking pay of $18 is a bit much. Drinks by pool were $14. Rooms are smaller than chain hotels but cost here was more. Nice staff and hotel smelled great.

The first room we got was on the first floor and had a musty smell to it. Maybe some water damage. We asked to change rooms and the second option was a lot better but at this point we were disappointed with the condition of this place. Management should check rooms periodically to ensure they are in good conditions.

My hotel condition appear to be a bit dated. The exterior of the facility was beautiful and I’m sure they had better rules. The one that was given to me just wasn’t up to my standard and I’m quite sure it probably wasn’t too the hotel brand standards either.
