Old and dated especially the washrooms.

I appreciate the breakfast prepared for us and eaten on the roof of the building seeing the view of harbour and the town area. Of course, the wifi may not be well-connected sometimes which can be improved further. Overall, it is recommendable place for taking a break.

The rooms, the building were picturesque. It was a dream. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the concierge when helping me find a taxi to catch a ferry; he went above and beyond. For light sleepers, I’d recommend a room facing the courtyard instead of the water; the noise from the port is very loud at no fault of the hotel.

This hotel was exceptional considering location (walking distance to everything), killer views, room design (duplex with bedroom on 2nd level, bistro table right outside our room), and customer service. The hotel manager George lend us his own lighter to USB converter. I strongly recommend this hotel in Chania.

We were blown away from the moment we walked into the property from the street, it is simply beautiful! The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. We stayed in a superior room with a balcony looking over the harbour, which was absolutely amazing, especially at sunset. It had a separate bedroom and living area, which was a lovely surprise. Great location and value for money, considering how much other hotels in the same area charge. We will definitely return!

The Pandora hotel is a little gem in the old town. We first booked for one night and ended up staying four. The feel of the place is totally relaxed and the people super friendly. The breakfasts are sooo good! The only problem was our wifi but since it forced us not to work and focus on vacation we did not mind so much and just went to the roof for a good reception. We highly recommend it

Excellent location, attractive property and extremely well run by friendly staff

The only downside-not a handicapped accessible place. No escalator to upper floors. It’s challenging with bad knees and back. The staff were extremely helpful and the place is very clean with a spectacular view on the rooftop. Very convenient location to the shore, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

We had a double room on the second floor overlooking the harbor, you couldn't ask for a better view. We were here in October so it was quieter but there was some late night noise although it wasn't disruptive. Our room did not have a kitchenette but did have cooking facilities: hot plate, fridge, glasses, plates etc. Breakfast was very nice: fresh juice, coffee, tea, cereal, eggs, fruit, bread - all served on the upstairs terrace which is also a perfect place to watch the sunset. The only downside is that the wifi signal was hit or miss, in our room the signal was weak and then nonexistent . Parking is very difficult in the narrow streets around the hotel. FYI: The front desk is closed between 2:30 and 5:30.

Beautiful boutique hotel. We loved the aesthetic and the rooftop breakfast was a highlight. Very comfy bed, beautiful view of the old harbor, very walkable right in the middle of the action, ac worked well and we were beyond comfortable.

The hotel and staff are great. Clean and comfortable rooms and steps away from all restaurants. Breakfast could have more hot options. The only choice is boiled eggs. Internet is not a good speed either. Perhaps the city itself doesn’t have a good provider. I did love the hotel and my suggestions are only to make the hotel even better.

We had a fabulous week at Pandora Suites. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely room with a spectacular view across the harbour. Despite being so close to the local tavernas we were untroubled by noise. The roof terrace was a lovely spot to watch the sunset from. Only downside was the lack of parking locally but we got around very well using local buses (the station is only 10 minutes away) and organised trips (Smart Day Tours highly recommended).

Great location, lovely roof terrace for breakfast (and whenever you want to go there), room was a good size and lovely surroundings. Would stay again.

Perfect view of the Chania Harbor. Lots of nightlife below but air conditioning and good windows made for peaceful sleep. Loved breakfast in the rooftop overlooking the harbor and city.

This hotel was really lovely. It was tasteful, spotless, well managed, very friendly and full of extras which made it the luxury boutique hotel that it justly claimed to be ( eg high quality linens changed every day). The views to the harbour and the snow covered White Mountains from the rooftop at breakfast were to die for.....as was the freshly squeezed orange juice. And served each day by such a friendly lady. I cannot think of anything to fault this hotel but only things to make me want to return. And I haven’t even mentioned yet what great value it was or the swallows swooping down over the rooftop as the sun was going down.

Property very close to harbour, shops and restaurants. Breakfast basic with tea, coffee, juice, bread, cheese, turkey, fruit and boiled eggs, but nice and sufficient for first meal of the day. Breakfast served upstairs on the roof terrace, but can get windy. Only downside booking with Expedia, was room was shown as 2 bedded room, then upon arrival it is shown on booking form as “requested 2 beds”. The hotel lady did a great deal of calling around, and even found one of us a hotel nearby so we had separate beds, but eventually, 6 hrs later she swapped some other guest, who wanted a double bed with ours. So even though a bad start with booking, the hotel front desk where 10/10 for effort.

Interior decoration was classy but modern / unique

A venetian style suite over looking the harbour. Staff was friendly and the rooftop breakfàst made for a great start to the dày. A little noisy at times with the bars on the ground level..our suite was on the same side..suites on the opposite side probably would not hear much. Overall was a delight.

Lovely high ceilings, amazing views and just what you need in an room. Staff we’re lovely and as helpful as they could be.

Just returned from ten days stay at Pandora in Crete. Suites are spacious and comfortable with beds up in loft, kitchenette below. George, Rena, Nancy and others were warm, attentive, helpful. View from rooftop during breakfast and at sunset is gorgeous. Will definitely return. Rena, you made me feel like a family member with your generous spirit!!

A gem - charming and comfortable. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace is priceless. The stuff is most pleasant and friendly.

The roon was exactly as it was in the picture. amazing. Staff-super friendly and helpful. Location outstanding. The only problem was the beds are hard and there was a nightclub below that had-bass going until 4 AM. So those two factors made the sleep hard but everything else was good.
