This hotel is close to some really nice restaurants and within walking distance of all of the museums and attractions of Zaragoza. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. The room was spacious and I felt very welcomed and safe here. I would definitely book this hotel again.

This hotel is near the old town. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The local train is just two blocks away. The hotel is old but it is updated. My only complaint was the elevator was small but even that wasn't a big deal.

The property is very well located, just over 1 km from the historic center of Zaragoza, making it a very pleasant walk.

I thought the price and the overall experience was great. The hotel is a bit old and needs some upkeep but not a big deal for us. Shower was very good and so was the size of the bathroom and the entire room (we paid for a junior suite).
It is a very easy walk to all the major sightseeing areas. Not much in terms of spending time at a bar for after dinner drinks.
Main stair coming down last floor needs replacing badly. Again, for the money it was a great experience.

The staff here were so amazing to us. Id messed up the booking bit the worked behond the scenes in conjunction with Hotels.com to amend the boopking and get us great room.
The room was pretty spacious and reasonable fare for a chain hotel. . .in signature red and white. . . And had everything you could need.
If you are drivinh they have a valet service and you can drive up to the front door and they will sort parking for you.
Would definitely recommend this hotel if you need a bit of simple.comfort woth amazing service

Room was nice and the staff friendly
Common areas were awful. Bar and restaurant shut so a few tables were set up in the lounge area which was soulless and totally lacking any atmosphere. Hence totally devoid of any guests. Our room was next to the noisy and badly maintained lift. A lot of areas in the hotel were very tired.

Customer service excellent - front desk through to room through to staff at breakfast - all excellent. The rooms are a little tired and breakfast area and toilets are in need of refurb. The main hall is excellent, this hotel has a unique location and is very quirky inside - all it needs is a refurb in areas. Will definitely stay here again - staff wonderful, go above and beyond. The location is fantastic too.

This was an early stop for us in a 12 week trip. The Hotel architecturally was stunning, in an art deco style. We travelled with a dog and the hotel supplied a bed, bowls, treats and a ball which is more than I have ever seen and we travel a lot.
Whilst the decor in our room was modern and fresh the room was way too small and we were only 2 adults and a dog.

Nice location to restaurants. Spacious rooms. Surprisingly just ok breakfast, only cold foods available not consistent with other NH hotel experiences. Staff did not inform of limited selection of hot food to order, have to request. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with guiding where to go for tapas and recommendations. Would return, but probable skip the breakfast option.

Apparently, many years ago it was a beautiful and luxurious hotel, but today it is an outdated and worn-out hotel that must undergo a thorough and comprehensive renovation.

This was a stopover on our road trip. The hotel staff bustled around to help make our stay pleasurable. Our room was nice, clean and well-maintained. It was a bit difficult to find since it had no road signs pointing to it.
