Beautiful cabin in a quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood. So many beds and so many rooms! Host was very nice and quick to respond. Met all of our needs!

We had a wide range of family. Ages grandpa to parent to teen to toddler. Everyone enjoyed the convenience of the location. The property management team communicated effectively and we’re helpful throughout our stay.

Very awesome location. Close to town , not a far drive from the mountain. House was an amazing size , game room was amazing. Everyone enjoyed the experience would 10/10 stay again.

This cabin was big enough for two families. There was 9 of us and we didnt even need to use the bottom bedroom.
The cabin was exactly as listed. It was a very easy process.
My communication with Guy was seemless.
It is a great choice for a nice quiet getaway. This is not a place for a party. It is on a quiet wooded street tucked into a quiet neighborhood.
I recommend for families trying to escape the busy cities.

A Great time was had by all! The cabin was clean and well stocked. Guy (owner, mananger) was very attentive and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. No surprises! I would highly recommend this property, especially for family get togethers. Thank you Guy for making this reunion perfect!

Had a rodent problem! Mouse poop all over furniture. Mouse nest in bathroom upstairs! My grand daughter was petrified to stay there!

The cabin was perfect! I can’t think of any complaints or anything it lacks. Located in a very nice neighborhood and a short drive to everything Pinetop has to offer. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Our stay at the Kobey's Ski Lodge & Golf was extremely enjoyable for our large family. The home was stocked with almost anything you could ask for. The kids loved the game room and pool table. Beds were fantastic and comfortable. Best part of all we were able to bring our furry child who enjoyed his stay as well. Thank you for providing such a fun and comfortable cabin for my family to stay in. We highly recommend Kobey's Ski Lodge & Golf cabin for any large family looking for a great place to stay in Pinetop. We look forward to visiting again. A special thank you to Guy for being so punctual to return my emails and so kind.

A cozy and comfortable cabin, clean and located close to recreation and amenities. Located in quiet, gated, and secure community surrounded by pines and spruce. Host provides excellent communication and responds fast to any problems that may arrise. I recommend this property for anyone wanting a quiet and convenient mountain getaway.

Don't let the contact scare you it's very easy to follow. The neighbors are good people. Stay on your property and be civil.
We Had a great stay Darbys is the place to eat breakfast and lunch. Lots if sights to see and plenty of trails to hike.

Very cute cabin with everything you need. We took our 2 dogs and kids and had a great time playing in the snow. Guy was very on top of things and was super helpful. They just installed new wood laminate flooring which was beautiful and much better for the dogs. It has a nice fenced in yard and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. It was a perfect place for a family vacation.

Kind of the definition of a 5-star stay, because I can't really think of what could have been better about it. VERY clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Good size for a family of six plus dog. The welcome basket was a nice touch, with a good amount of snacks and treats to make it more pleasant.Great location - close to the main road and lots of stores & restaurants, but far enough that it is very quiet.The communication with Guy and Dixie was more than enough (but I'd rather have too much than too little), and everything was VERY clear. That is how you manage a property.

We had such a relaxing week! Thank you so much. The neighborhood was beautiful but the homes are quite close together so I can definitely understand the noise ordinance but we had zero issues. It was very close to downtown pinetop and we were able to bike and horse back ride. Would definitely reccomend.

Overall experience at the cabin was great with plenty of creature comforts. We did have a couple of issues that were more personal to us. The mattress topper in the master BR was very uncomfortable(I would consider removing it.) And lastly, I would consider removing the carpet in the bath vanity and toilet areas in favor of a hard surface material that is more sanitary. Just a recommendation on these items and not a deal breaker for our next trip...
