Front desk staff were fantastic and warm, this property is perfect for a quiet relaxing stay in Wengen. We really appreciated the hospitality and convenience between Wengen station and the lobby area. Hope to be back next time!

Beautiful area. Terrific service. Very nice rooms. Only difficulty was finding it. Booked the place to be near Grindelwald. Only 10 km away. As the crow flies. Getting there from Grindelwald involves driving to Lauterbrennen and taking a train to Wengen. None of which is explained on the Orbitz site. And Google maps tries to route you there on mountain roads that terminate a few Kms from the town, on the wrong side of the mountain. But a beautiful stay once we figured out how to get there

I wish their shuttle was available little longer hours in evening for local transportation or had contracted rates for taxi. Their website said room was only 107 Sq feet, so I was a bit worried but actually room was almost 270 sq feet. They should correct it, then they will get more customers.

The check in and concierge were all wonderful. The view was breathtaking. Unfortunately the restaurant needs some improving. We were very perplexed about the level of attentiveness and service. At dinner everyone was running in different directions, never asking the tables if they needed anything. The strange thing was that there were only a handful of tables with guests seated. We could not figure out an explanation for the running in circles. The next morning was a new experience. Staff was attentive and food was timely. We have no idea what happened the night before. It was bizarre.l and very disappointing aa we only had one night in Switzerland. Overall, you couldnt have asked for a more spectacular setting! I hope to return.

This property is beautifully situated and well worth the uphill walk to reach it. I truly couldn’t stop looking at the lush green landscape and alps. It looked like a painting. The staff are all top notch. There are many amenities and I had a wonderful massage by Ramona(I think). The buffet breakfast was fantastic and included eggs/omelettes to order. The only 1 complaint was that the fridge in our room smelled really bad. We mentioned this twice to the front desk. They said they had it cleaned which I believed but the stench was still apparent. We should have been more forceful and requested a replacement fridge. The odor was so bad that it permeated the bed area as well as the sitting area. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent stay. Tremendous views from the room Rooms beds and bathroom were very comfortable and well equipped. Breakfasts were very good and plentiful.

Everything g about this hotel is amazing. The staff are unbelievably helpful and friendly. They all remember our names and are so helpful! We will definitely be back!

Felt very tired. Lounges and dining area were nice but rooms were very dated. Sticky floors. No AC.

Pascal and his team at the hotel were fantastic. Always attentive. Always friendly. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was perfect. The scenery was breathtaking. We will definitely come back here if our travels bring us back to the Jungfrau region.

Very nice view over Wengen and the valley. Close to the lift and slopes. A bit strange that a four start hotel has no cleaning of the floor when you stay for two weeks and ventilation only in the small toilet and not in the bedroom.

My family and I have just returned from a skiing holiday to Wengen - the Beausite Park was fantastic. Great facilities, great food and excellent service.

We had a fabulous day at this hotel. The staff was kind and conscientious and helpful. When we come back to Wengen this will be the only place we will stay!

Quiet, Clean and comfortable, out of the relative hustle and bustle of Lauterbrunnen and Interlaken. Incredible views from our balcony. Staff was wonderful and attentive. Would definitely go back!

Amazing!

The mountain facing rooms are GORGEOUS/ If it is summer, and hot like our visit, request a fan for the room, because they rely on the mountain air to cool the rooms. Very refreshing, but I needed it a little cooler.

High quality all round. King size mattress much better option than two twins. Odd not to offer since the two mattresses were in a fixed king size frame. Bathroom and toilet clean but basic- I suspect addressing these would make 5 star.

This is probably the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in the world. When you walk out onto the front porch you are greeted by a scene that can only be described as unmatched. It looks like a postcard. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive. I don't think we could have had a better experience.

Family owned and run diamond in a fantastic place, near the great mountains. Extremely friendly, pick up from train station (Wenge does not allow cars), very large suite with living room, bedroom, bathroom, large balcony - our had the perfect view to the mountains. WiFi, two TV's with great channel selection, super clean - in fact spotless everywhere. Tasteful decorated, elegant ample breakfast room, a wide selection of the best breads, cold cuts, fruit, cereal, omelets, cakes, juice. High quality coffee and service, all white and silvery, smiling staff. Swimming pool, small lake in front, big grass chess set. Children playroom. Huge variety f beautiful flowers all the way around the hotel and through the village. Close to stores, restaurants, trains to Jungfrau and Interlaken, aerial cableway to Männlichen right in front of the hotel. Incredible place for vacation, for all ages, it was almost impossible to leave. Even for the high-standard hotels in Switzerland, this is really a rare pearl. Hope we can go back...
