Was disappointed in the pool, definitely designed for kids, it was perfect for the grandkids but I was looking forward to swimming too. The hotel was okay, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good!!

The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Only complaint would be that the hot tub was out of commission. I have stayed here before and the hot tub wasn't running then either. Breakfast was good.

Check in was easy. Unfortunately I have asked for a late check out but was given only one hour. It would be great to have more than two hours.

Its our 2nd time here in Ramada Red deer, we love this Hotel in all...shout out to the front desk staff who is really accomodating and kind..with a good customer service personality..our first time to meet Ms Sheryl Garcia.
We will be back for sure.

The staff was great, kind greeting and helpful. Breakfast was ok but wished they had boiled eggs not pre-packed scrambled eggs.
Our room was a perfect size but could use upgrade on the floors. The floors are all rugs. The hotel needs to get ride of the old dirty rugs and put in laminate flooring or something towards that line instead of rugs. The hotel can use some facelifts definitely.

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed at. The pool is tiny and very gross, the floor is extremely slippery and the railings leading to the water slide are broken and flimsy. The hot tub was broken. The bunk bed was unsafe as the railing on the top bunk was the same height as the mattress. All my safety concerns were dismissed by the staff and I was told the bunkbed wasn’t ‘that high’. We found a bug in our bed. And the breakfast was being served so it wasn’t really a continental breakfast and you had to ask for everything you wanted. Last but not least they have a sign on the door saying they don’t have enough pool towels so you have to use your room towels, and they also didn’t have any extra pillows. Overall the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Everything was amazing, the staff were very friendly! The only bad part was the empty uncovered hot tub in the pool area, you should put a cover on there before someone slips and hurts themselves!

The only thing I would want to make a mention of is making sure staff speak up when someone is hard of hearing. Otherwise it was an excellent stay and we would recommend to others.

The room really clean ,staff was great. The coffee machine and microwave didnt work properly.
Also we booked for 5 adults we got a roll away bed but the room size didnt fit i end up putting the bed and sleeping the floor .

Very kind front desk workers. Easy mobile check-in. The breakfast is served rather than self-serve which seems like more stress for the workers and less convenient for guests but still good and free. Room was clean and so were amenities.

After a change in plans causing really late check in for me, the friendly staff at the front desk offered me a late checkout for the following morning despite the fact that the hotel was fully booked!

Overall was a good stay, hotel is a bit dated but clean. Breakfast was ok, until exactly at 10:00am even if you were on a list for waffles they decide not to get yours , as it is served by staff.

Booked 2 queen beds and got a king with a hidabed. Tv didn’t work first night and toilet didn’t flush because water was shut off to it

We did not enjoy our stay. One of the reasons we booked here was for the hot tub, it was closed and apparently for quite some time. This should be updated on their website. The kids in the pool were incredibly unsafe. Standing on the slide while going down. I thought I was going to watch someone kill themselves. Other kids were not waiting to go down on the slide and were hitting children at the bottom. Rooms were outdated and AC unit was super loud and didn’t work well. No toilet paper in our room. Hotel was super loud. There was a gap in our door and I could literally see the hallway with the door closed. Kids were partying outside our room and front desk did nothing to stop it. I put in my ear plugs to try and finally and get some sleep but the room upstairs was jumping around so much that my headboard and bedroom was shaking. When we checked out no one even asked out stay was as they probably knew the answer….

First room was dirty. Moved to second room. It had a bad leak in bathroom ceiling. Woke up to rain in bathroom. Moved to third room. It was great first night. Second night air conditioning wasn’t working right. It was very hot in the room. We were supposed to stay one more night but we couldn’t tolerate moving to another room so we checked out early. The hot tub was not available. The staff were very accommodating. The waterslide and the pool were great.

The lady that checked me in was an absolute gem! ( she gave some mints to the lady doing the laundry :) cute ) super friendly and made the beginning of our day a wonderful start! The room was great! And breakfast was wonderful the kids absolutely loved the waffles! Nice place to stay.

Overall this hotel was very dirty and rundown. Our room smelled like mildew and was very moist. Would not recommend unless you’re into that kind of thing.

Check in is always a breeze, we stay in the suite when we come and it’s our favourite Alberta vacation stop. Room is always kept clean, accessible friendly main floor suite. Nice sized in room jacuzzi, extra comfy king bed and pull out bed.
Their breakfast is better than IHOP and ITS FREE which makes it top notch. Even if you aren’t a waffle lover, you’ll enjoy theirs. Highly recommend!

Great value for what we got. Kids loved the Waterslide and pool. Room was a little outdated, but clean and comfortable enough for a one nights stay on our way through.

It was okay, near in shopping store, dining and easy to locate.
Building looks okay, cleanliness okay just like typical hotel not new.
Couple things don’t like.
Stay at 2nd floor and you can hear foot sound upstair and a bit squeaking noise.
Plug sink by the toilet.
Staff supprisingly it was terrible customer service.

It was terrible, when probably he or she (couldnt determine the exact gender and i dont want to say the exact word) noticed that I’m a bit mad then right away help me out and ask my name.
It was not really nice like that attitude! Hope that can be reviewed.

Waiting for surgery and booked the wrong date. Expedia was a pain but the property was amazing at allowing the change. Thank you fir your empathy. Much appreciated.
