My only question is that the card I used for incidentals still has a pending $50 charge on it and it is very difficult to speak with anyone about it. They gave me a number to call, but it is automated and won’t move forward because it can’t seem to get my itinerary number from me when I state it orally or key it in. Very frustrating part of how hotels seem to operate.

Slept with cockroaches and when we got up they were on the dresser just below the tv that was on the wall!!! Disgusting. I told the desk clerk in the morning when I checked out and he didn't offer anything to reconcile this experience. WILL NEVER STAY AT A TRAVELODGE AGAIN!!!!!

The lady who checked me in was marvelous. She was friendly and helpful and very personable. The room I was in needs some renovation. There was water leaking from the ceiling of the shower when I used the shower. The room did not have a clean feel. The power went off for several hours the night I was there. The desk operator said it was the whole hotel. I don't know if it was that or just our building. I am a woman travelling alone, and I was in a far building on the ground floor with no lights and no phone to call the desk. I had to get on my phone and look up the number to the hotel desk that was not an 800 number. When I called, it went straight to voice mail. I did not feel safe at all.

Like this place because of being pet friendly. Set up nice for when we have our dog with us. Ground floor with the sliding glass doors is very convenient to take the dog out.

We had a suite, which is definitely the way to go if you book this budget motel. We enjoyed having the extra space and being able to park right outside the first floor room. Two bathrooms, though one toilet was extremely slow running. Bathtub was also a little slow to drain. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, but busy and not quite a large enough space for the amount of people staying. Overall, I would recommend this motel for a quick stop.

This is a solid little stay if you're on a budget. The room was clean, quiet area, fog coming off the mountains in the morning, biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Great customer service. Very nice experience.

Shower drain wasn't draining very good. Bathroom faucet leaking. Mold around the shower! Spider webs in corners. Wall paper coming off the walls.

This was the most average motel that I've stayed in. Nothing special about it. The breakfast was the best part and it was only average. I didn't feel safe there as there were several buildings & some shady looking characters in all of them. After dinner, we came back to the front steps of the office & the clerk was smoking & we had to put up the horrible smell. You get what you pay for, I guess, but they could do better if they tried.

We've stayed many times in Wythville but the firdt time here and i don't know how this place was rated so high. The bedroom floor had not been swept, the sheets were stained, the bath towels were almost the size of hand towels - you could look out into the hallway over the top of the door even when it was closed. Luckily there wasn’t many guests on that floor so it was quite. The renovation of the room was thoughtful but done sloppily. The bathroom door was painted and then the door handle was replaced but was smaller than the original so you saw the original color of the door.

Very quiet, fine for a late night check in, front desk staff friendly and helpful, room had a weird disinfectant smell at first but everything was clean and very quiet. A pleasant surprise for first stay at a TravelLodge.
