Hotel was run down and dirty looking

Hotel is terrible. Has lots of damages throughout the building. Lobby is very hot and smelled nothing but the weed. Room had missing blow dryer. The front desk person was NEVER there. Also the first night check in then went to an event and when return, someone else was inside the room they check me into! Was not happy to go back down to the front desk and no one was there. Even tried calling the hotel directly and NEVER answered. I will not be staying there again!!

Pictures not what the hotel looks like. Charged my card twice. Room they first gave wasn’t clean and had tape on ceiling like balloons were on it. 2 room was better but overall no.

Our bedroom was okay - a bit dated. The smoke alarm started chirping at 2am, which was awful. Fortunately they were able to move us into a new room fairly quickly. The service was awesome!

I was turned away at the front desk because I did not hand my ID and credit card to the clerks hand. I called to get the shuttle which I was promised the morning. I made the reservation and she said it was broken so I called Lyft and it was an hour out so I walked from the airport to the hotel when I walked in. I was really hot and tired so I just put the ID down and she said I was being rude by not handed it in her hand. There is a camera above. The headquarters needs to look at what happened between me and the clerk I am fallen discrimination charges against term when I get back to Colorado tomorrow Linda Gail Van Beek 303-503-3772. I work for American Airlines but 36 years and I never Ever had a bad experience until yesterday

The pictures shown looks nothing like the property! The pool was drained with no water, the lobby was hot, the carpet had stains, the staff dressed like they were going to sleep, the elevators looked like they were about to fall apart at any minute, the air conditioners in the rooms don’t work either. I immediately asked for a refund and looked for another place to stay.

The key maker was down so they couldn’t give us a key. They had to escort us to our room every time we needed to get back in. The bedding was dirty. The shower was dirty. There wasn’t enough towels for our party. The only good thing about the stay was the water was hot with great pressure. The employees sat down to eat breakfast with the guest. They didn’t have a pitcher for water. They directed us to a vending machine for water when asked. Will never stay at this location or any comfort inn. The only people comfortable was the staff.

The hotel staff are polite and helpful. There are several cosmetic pieces that could be fixed that would improve the quality of the hotel. All in all its great for the price and will stay again.

Horrible horrible horrible unclean lobby area and carpet stained. Room key didn't work. No maintenance or maid service on campus. Only one person working in the entire hotel. She then had to shut the lobby down to be the shuttel driver as well. Never again will i stay at another Confront Inn. The worst of the worst!!!!!😡

We stay at this hotel because my son’s high school graduation was at the FG Clark center on Southern University, which is 2 miles from the location. There were no towels in the room no stopper to take a bath. There was a bad roach problem in the hotel yesterday, I had to go to the doctor appointment returning because I broke out and I had insect bites all over me and the doctor confirmed it had to be because of bedbugs which never happened, some of the staff were nice. Their expectation did not at all. Meet my standards and this reaction to bedbugs was horrible. They should refund but it’s OK never again. These roaches are insects or not small. They were big.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!
1. I had to wait 15 minutes while the receptionist was out for a smoke break.
2 the TV did not work it needed to be reprogrammed and the receptionist didn't know how to do it. So we didn't have a TV.
3. Breakfast with a total disaster. No hot food shawty cleanliness, no juice entirely, the worst episode I've ever had with a hotel and I would like a refund for what I paid for this disaster!!!
