Breakfast more than excellent and room was good the room furniture is poor the staff very good and helpful location excellent.

The lobby is very pretty and there is a breakfast available. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing- everything I wanted to visit including flamenco shows, was right outside. Sevilla was an incredibly beautiful and interesting place to visit. Safe and pretty area. The room was clean but was a bit claustrophobic as there are no windows. But it was very affordable. If money is tight I would recommend, but I might try for a place with a window next time.

I saw few cockroaches inside my room. There was no parking. The staff said sorry. I went parked around there and had to walk over 10 mins to get there and paid €20

The location is perfect. They have parking garage next to the hotel which it's convenient with luggage at arrival and when leaving. Rooms are comfortable. The hotel is very pretty, clean, safe. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Walkable distance to Las Setas de Sevilla and to La Catedral de Sevilla, from there you can take horse carriage tours to Plaza de España.

The location is excellent, and staff were very helpful. A/C was much appreciated after walking in the heat. Very close to Real Alcazar, cathedral, and loads of restaurants, bars and shopping. Traveling solo and felt comfortable walking everywhere. Beautiful city!

This is an amazing hotel, in a fantastic location. Check-in / out staff are polite and professional but don't come across as that friendly and my check out experience was let down by an officious staff member. Breakfast was great and the staff there were fantastic.

From the moment I stepped into the Sercotel Las Casas de los Mercaderes, I was transported into a world of charm and elegance. This hotel, nestled in an 18th-century house in Seville’s old trading center, is a perfect blend of history and modern comfort. The location is unbeatable, being within 300 meters of the Cathedral and Giralda Tower. It’s also just a short stroll away from plenty of shops and tapas restaurants on Calle Sierpes and in the Santa Cruz district. The rooms are air-conditioned and include satellite TV, a safe, and a minibar. Each room has a private bathroom with a bathtub and a hairdryer. The rooms are pleasant and comfortable, with a good bed and an excellent bathroom. The hotel is surprisingly quiet at night, considering its central location. The hotel’s beautiful central courtyard with a bright glass roof is a sight to behold. The staff at the 24-hour reception are friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides free high-speed internet (WiFi). In conclusion, my stay at the Sercotel Las Casas de los Mercaderes was a delightful experience. The combination of its historical charm, modern amenities, excellent location, and friendly staff made it a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville.

Perfect location. Very central and walkable to almost everything within 10 to 15 mins. Room could have done with a few more drawers for clothing storage otherwise ideal.

A very fine stay. We loved the balcony and the bathroom. The beds were not very comfortable and two twin beds are not one queen bed.

Do Not Stay Here if you are booking a Standard Room. We were put in essentially a cellar with a window into an enclosed space. We asked to move and our only option was a smaller room with a window opening into the enclosed lobby. The room had no ventilation. We sucked it up because there was no other option available in town. The service people were friendly and excellent. The location is good and possibly if you book a higher level room they are ok, but do not stay here in a room at their standard advertised price.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Right in the heart of Seville, close to all the main sights. Easy to reach on the bus from the airport. Staff were very friendly and our room was on the ground floor just across the lobby from reception. The bed was extrememly comfortable.

The best hotel ever in Europe, location is a plus super good located in the heart of everything, you don’t need anything else, beautiful place and the room super big, confortable, beautiful and clean and Maria José the best great customer service make you feel like family. The proximity to the historical sights like the Cathedral and Alcazar Palace was perfect. Also close to the Santa Cruz area, lots of bars and cafes for tapas and drinks!

We were early but room was ready which was great, helpful reception staff, room clean & extra pillows/duvet in wardrobe. Fridge was great as we could store our drinks etc in there. Maid service fresh towels even though we only stayed 2 nights which was great. Perfect location for everything - everything was walking distance & plenty of cafes, restaurants all within really close distance.

Great location for cathedral and alcazar

It is a very nice hotel located at the heart of Seville. It is an old house that has been turned into a hotel. The rooms are big, and so are the bathrooms. Everything is very clean. Breakfast was very good, and the staff very helpful at all times. I would say it is a great option for a good prize. I would definitely recommend it.

Whilst this hotel has a lot going for it in many ways, not least its' location and some (but not all) of the staff are friendly, polite, well-informed and efficient, there are certain aspects that I was unhappy with. Firstly, having booked a single room more than three months earlier, the standard of my room was - whilst very clean and efficiently cleaned - it was most disappointing to discover that the room did not have a window...! Pretty basic to say the least. Secondly, the wi-fi connection in the room was at times extremely poor, constantly cutting out. Thirdly, when checking out on my departure date I was suddenly presented with the bill for my stay, despite having been booked through 'Expedia'. I was unaware that the hotel were expecting me to personally pay in person. Surely this should have been raised long before I was checking-out. perhaps more efficiently when I was checking-in four days earlier. I pointed this out when I was suddenly hit with this demand, emphasising that I had a flight to catch directly. The member of staff - unlike all others I had dealt with during my four-day stay - was abrupt, ill-mannered and rude, simply demanding payment, which was made. Thankfully I did catch my flight - no thanks to the member of staff at the hotel,

The property is very City-centre. The central dining area is very classic Spanish design with pillars. My single room was quite small, but did the trick for the two nights. The hotel location is very walkable for the main attractions such as Sevilla cathedral.
