Lula from the front desk night shift was very kind and informative. She helped us with the air conditioning system and showed us how to open the windows in different ways.
The buffet was very good. We only enjoyed it one day because of the $20 price per person. It would be good to secure the loose tiles at the bottom of the left stairs when exiting the front door.

Great location between two train stops. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very walkable. There is road noise, but that didn't bother us. Staff were very friendly. We had breakfast there two of our days. Plenty of options (even for vegans!)

1. very unproffesional (new) staff at the reception which insisted to know if I live in De Bilt or in The Netherlands. I tried to explain that De Bilt is a city in NLbut she kept insisting to know if I live in the Netherlands or in De Bilt. a bit ackward.
2. checked in, went to my room and the room was not made from prior guests.
3. After going back to reception I got a new room assigned where the water did not flow down in the shower. After adressing this as well this was fixed.

The room was quite nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have preferred fluffier towels, and a bed that wasn't as hard as a cement block, but overall it was fine. Don't use their online service requests during your stay, it won't work! I made several requests (room service, towels) during my stay but in the end I always had to go to the front desk and they would tell me they didn't receive any request. It would be less annoying just to go to the desk in the first place; they should probably stop paying for whatever web service they are using...overall though I had a perfectly fine stay.

A lot of road noise in our room even with the window closed. Unable to redeem a free drink from the bar due to lack of staffing. But very clean, comfortable and good breakfast. Convenient location. Staff efficient and friendly.

Nice hotel and good location especially for public transport. Avoid being at the front of the hotel especially on a low floor as you will hear traffic, etc from outside so disturb sleep.

Beautiful, modern hotel with lovely rooms. We had two rooms next to each other and both were great. Nice location, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, quiet inside--loved everything about it!

Friendly and efficient check-in. Room was clean, bright and well furnished with a very comfy bed. Hotel was fully renovated in 2017. A nice touch is that you get a free drink if you agree not to have maid service between the first and second night's stay. No much around the hotel, but 50m from a U-bahn station.

There was only one reception person working in the afternoon/evenings who was very busy, they also had to cover the bar, waiting time to get a drink was over half an hour, not acceptable.

The overall stay in the two nights was good. There was a little misunderstanding during check in but the front desk manager fixed the issue very quick and appropriately. Staff in the breakfast restaurant are very helpful, Adi's good services and big smile definitely the reason to give guests a good start in the morning. I will come again in my next business trip. In the room we live there is no light in the living room, suggest to provide lighting so to give customer a bright stay.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Unfortunately I had a room with a smelly bathroom (due to bad plumbing in room above or neighbouring room). Basic room has design flaws - bathroom floor always got wet after shower; insufficient hooks for hanging towels; placement of tap in the hallway sink... Kettle and coffee cups also not supplied by default though you could ask for them from the concierge. Wish it could have been a better experience.
