Great hotel with a very convenient location in Zaragoza—close to the Plaza de España, Basílica del Pilar, and El Tubo.

Nice, friendly and helpful personnel at the lobby attended us when arrived. The hotel is well located at walkable distance to the main attractions. Its location is also easily tracked by the GPS.... Parking is very convenient. We would suggest that adding courtesy coffee and water to the room won't increase the hotel's cost significantly and in turn will make it more attractive to guests.

The experience was amazing and loved how friendly the staff was. One of the things that we did not like as much, was how hard the bed was. Other than the bed, it was great overall.

Great hotel .. perfect location. Always stay here on biz for the last 5 years. The only criticism being, the hotel needs a reliable WIFI connection. In all my stays I had to connect via phone. That's it.. if otherwise, all is just perfect !

Breakfast there was the worst standard of food I have ever seen in a Hotel.

They advertise air conditioning that is non existent. I was put in 3 different rooms and the air conditioning doesn’t work. They pretend it will when they know it’s permanently shut off because the very nice cleaning people told me it’s been disabled. I don’t like dishonest people. The hotel was decorated in the 1950s nothing has been upgraded it has an old musty smell everywhere, when I walk out of the hotel my clothes started smelling old and musty. Not happy at al. Way over priced. Would never go back.

Cleanliness excellent. Reception indifferent, it took 2 attempts to fulfill a simple request (no bath plug). Excellent value for money

Wifi so weak it didn’t work in the room properly , in the gym (the main reason we booked) the running machine was broken, the rowing machine was broken, there was only one set of reasonable dumbbells and the sauna didn’t work

Great hotel. I have been here several times and definitely will be back. They have changed the room service menu, and personally I preferred the old one... but that is just my taste

Stayed here several times as it’s just outside city centre but within walking distance and in an area we like clean comfortable rooms only feel was lacking is tea and coffee facilities

Safe didn’t work, went to reception to notify and was asked to repeat procedure which didn't work either. Booked with expedia and when I needed to contact the hotel night before to inquire about parking no physical answer, only a prerecorded message asking you to send them an email, no reply to the email either, when I arrived I asked about this and they affirmed not having received email although the address was correct. Since I looked up their phone on the website, I discovered not only that their web price is cheaper than Expedia’s but also they include breakfast, complimentary water bottles and early check-in and late check-out😳

This is the worst hotel stay I've ever had. They really failed in all possible ways. 1. I ordered room service twice, pasta once and a burger second, both meals were awful. I don't know how you can mess up two extremely simple dishes, but they managed to do it. 2. My bed had BED BUGS! I woke up covered head to toe in bites that are still itching as I write this review a week later. 3. I informed the reception when I was checking out that I had bed bugs in my bed and the first thing the staff member did was look incredulous. Then, I showed her my dozens of bites and she simply said "oh, sorry." and went on to charge me for my terrible room service meals. No compensation was offered, no further questions were asked, it was terrible service. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The location and condition of the property are great. We had an excellent dinner at a restaurant on a side street next to the location while we watched on television the inspiring opening of the fiesta of our lady of Pilar taking place on the plaza which is a 10 minute walk away.

Everything was good , the restaurant waiter was talking inly spanish , the hotel parking is not free12€ .

I like that it was old and give you the feel like you were in Cuba.

Great location. Check in & out was the most efficient I have experienced anywhere in the world. Most staff speak English. Cafe and restaurants were excellent and really cheap. Bed was a little too firm and we could have used a few more pillows, but these are minor items. Highly recommend this place.

After staying a second time in 2 weeks,and thinking of making a regular stop,we were dissapointed in being given a room with no tea or coffee making facilities,which we were surprised of,and were told on leaving we should have had this facility,it would have made the journey much better on a tired arrival,and early departure.

I enjoyed my stay the hotel was more than I expected and is very close to the old city (5 mins walk)

Good location with very convenient bus connection to railway station. Walking distance ( 15 mins ) to main attractions.

The hotel is huge, very busy check in desk, we were given a double bed when we had asked for two singles, quickly rectified. It got very hot in the room and you have to ask reception to control the air con as the guest has no control. It was a disappointment that the parking was an extra 12 Euro on top of the bill and we had to pay extra for breakfast, but overall a good hotel.
