Very disappointing for $169. The room was run down and dirty. There were dust bunnies all over the floor, webs along the baseboards and the built in nightstand had to be pushed back into the wall where it had been pulled out of. The pillows were thin and flat. The air conditioner rattled loudly every 30 minutes or so. We won’t be coming back.

The Property was clean. Staff was friendly. Area seems safe enough.

The hotel is older, but was clean service was good.

The staff were incredibly accommodating toward the materials needed for many guests. Unfortunately, they didnt really offer dairy/egg free options for the breakfast. And their pool was down for maintence (large reason we booked this specific location was for the pool). Nonetheless, i was very pleased with the room, as well as seeing all the different little accessibility things in the room.

Property is a bit outdated but overall it was great i only need it to rest and sleeolp and workout just perfect.

We got here to check in mind you we had 3 adults and 2 kids, they could only give us 1 card bc of a card shortage, we get to our room, we have no toilet paper, 4 shower towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths, when we went to ask for more toilet paper she almost didn’t find any and said she’d have to call their other location… they have kitchen cabinets that are completely empty, a microwave old as dirt, lamps from the 80s and beds that are about as comfortable as sleeping on the floor… the parking lot is tiny and some parking spots you’ll get blocked in, they charge a $150 refundable incidental fee incase anything is missing or damaged but yet they can’t even supply you with enough of the necessary items… the pool was locked at 3:30pm when according to the front desk it should’ve been unlocked at 9am… honestly one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Def will would not recommend nor would we stay here again.

First of all the staff was great! Very friendly and welcoming. We checked into our room and and noticed hair all over the pillow so we pulled the blanket back and it was all on the sheets. Which means the sheets weren’t changed I did not want to be that person to ask for a different room but then we noticed the lock on the door was broken so we went and told them. They were so very nice and gave us another room No problem. The second room was bigger but way older and the air conditioner didn’t work. It was like 99 outside so we were dying, there was no way I was going to go ask for another room. We just went to Walmart and bought a fan but it was so hot! Pool was open and great!

Traveling last minute from out of state to visit my grandma who was dying. The only options for two queen beds was the handicap accessible suit that was a higher price than the other room types. As I was checking in I received the message that my grandma had passed while I was driving and had already been picked up by the funeral home so I wouldn’t get to see her. It was already late so I went ahead and checked in. There were very few vehicles in the parking lot and appeared to be many empty rooms so I don’t know why I couldn’t get a regular double queen room. I also checked out the next morning and was informed that the owner could give me a refund for the second night I wasn’t staying for but they wouldn’t since I booked through a 3rd party. Disappointed with the whole situation and lack of empathy on the part of the hotel. If they had told me “no refunds at all” that would be different than “you could get a refund but you didn’t book directly with us so the owner won’t give you a refund”.

Spacious room. But short staffed

The place overall felt old and in massive need of renovations. The room smelled strongly of chlorine as I imagine the pool is very popular during the summer. The water pressure for the toilet was very weak and the bathtub was old and stained likely from overuse. The pool was centrally located and people seemed to enjoy it but we didn't use it as we came in the evening for a quick stop before we continued our road trip. The breakfast was complimentary and was totally serviceable as I enjoyed the waffle and their breakfast sausages. For the price, I don't think I would frequent the establishment again as I think I could have gotten a hotel and not a motel for roughly 20-30 dollars more.

Overall stay was good, however some breakfast items such as yogurt, cream cheese were expired.

Room was fine, beds were hard. Outside areas are really dirty - sidewalks and handrails. Staff is very pleasant. Breakfast was the standard fare for hotel breakfasts.

Stayed for a night while traveling. Great location close to the I-5. Didn't notice to much road noise. Property clean but definitely on the older side. Bed was uncomfortable. Adequate for a one night stay but would not want to stay longer.

Good front desk service tV remote batteries were dead. Room window lock was broken - should be fixed
