The hotel was clean but the pictures were a little deceptive. The reception area was small, and the I had paid for a room with a king bed and was given two queens. The room was smaller than most Holiday In Expresses that we have stated at as well. The hotel at some point was remodeled but it still had that 1970’s or 1980’s smell and vibe for a hotel. The room was clean but the bathroom floor had some sort of sticky residue. The breakfast was the best one we’ve had in a while and the staff was friendly. Parking lot is small and we drive a stock F250 and barely fit so large vehicles be advised it has 7’ and 8’ maximum heights and the parking is located under the hotel. Over all it was ok, it was a decent price for the area but I probably won’t stay here again.

Nice breakfast, decent room. But almost impossible to find! I drove past it several times because it looks like a garage not a hotel.

The night desk clerk wasn't super friendly, but the clerk in AM was great. Room was very clean and stocked with refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, etc. The best of all were the full-sized shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, handwash, and body lotion dispenser...Dove products.

Nice bang for the buck. We thought the hotel was nicely kept and decorated. Very clean. Had everything you needed and things you didn’t know you needed but liked having. (Night light in bathroom, reading lights on both sides of the bed). Shout out to the Front desk guy who was very nice and accommodating

Check in was easy. Parking ok, breakfast was very good. Room was clean. They don’t service rooms every day. Didn’t like that. Was there for two days. If I’m paying bay prices I’d like my room cleaned daily. Trash taken out and towels.

Hotel that has seven better days. The staff friendly, the rooms were adequate but not what I expected. Card key readers were a pain in that they wouldn't open the doors. Thought it was just me but a lady in adjoining room commented she had the same problem. All in all I wouldn't stay there again.

The staff was hospitable and kind, the only issue we encountered was when one of our key cards would work and the other would stop working. The front desk worker was swift to resolve the issue. Aside from our key cards, the room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. My family and I would recommend this hotel.

Our phones volume was so low i coundnt hear the front desk. I was trying to ask for more blankets. The pull out bed was very lumpy and i could feel the springs underneath the mattress. Everything else was fine. Nothing special stands out.

I stay here often when I come to town for work and to visit family. Amaya, at the front desk, is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable, not exactly quiet. EV car charging is great and parking felt secure. Only issue was due to the hygiene products offered (they use Dove for shampoo, conditions, body soap and hand soap) the room was REALLY stong with the smell of the perfume in their products.

The extra touches were really welcoming: cookies, fruity water, personal note in room. The breakfast attendant was excellent and kept everything neat and very clean. The added touch of fresh cut-up fruit at breakfast was very nice. All these extra touches make this hotel stand out from other Holiday Inn Express hotels.

Service was excellent! Cookies and fruit infused water in the lobby greeted us. Super comfortable bed and blackout curtains. Amazing breakfast: lots of choices.

Lovely place to stay for a long weekend

Best hotel experience we’ve had in a very long time. 6 nights. From the friendly check in to towel animal sculptures (!) to great breakfast to personal notes from manager to easy parking, a great stay! One elevator was not working and they had staff positioned by the stairway to carry your bags. Neighborhood just okay. Highly recommend.

The hotel was perfect. The only problem was the air conditioner was either really hot or really cold. We set the temperature at 75 and it kept getting hot.

Housekeeping was excellent and very friendly! We loved the soap and lotion dispensers, and handwritten note.
Our only negative experience was that the receptionist when we cheaked in was unfriendly.

The property was clean and comfortable. I also liked that it had free parking. I would suggest to change the bathroom bath tub curtains as it doesn’t protect the water from the shower to leak out. This makes the bathroom floor wet and it’s dangerous as guests may slip and get hurt.

Our stay was good. The neighborhood was a little concerning, but our stay ended up just fine. Amaya at the front desk was wonderful. She calmed my concerns and was very accommodating. She was a great “face” to the hotel.
