Though the hotel is about 20 years old it is kept clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast area was kept very clean and stocked with food and utensils.

Very convenient to and from the CVG airport. Stayed here for 1 night before flying out the next day. Satisfied overall. Airport was just down the street.

Our overall stay was excellent. My only request is that when someone is given a room on the second floor that the staff ask and/ or remind them that it would be appreciated if they would not stomp when they walk around. To be mindful that noise when they walk around is very loud and to be courteous of those below them.

We were given a handicap room which was ok but it had a musty, urine like smell. We arrived late in evening so we just stayed in the room. Poor lighting in the bathroom, lighting was not over the mirror but off to the side of the mirror.

Quiet

Nice and close to the airport and had a free shuttle.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was OK. There was paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. The toilet was very low to the ground. The beds were small but ok as far as comfort. The pool was small but nice. The breakfast was good other than there was only 1 waffle maker and a long wait to be able to use it. Overall it was OK but pricey.

I had flight delays & had to cancel my first night stay. I contacted Expedia in their app. After 15 min back n forth I was told that I couldn’t cancel and would be charged. Ok- I can’t get there but will be there on my scheduled second night. Upon my arrival to the property I was told that BOTH of my reserved nights were cancelled. I told the front desk receptionist, “ok, well I need a room.” She looked at my nonplused and stated that I would need to make a reservation. “Ok, can I make a reservation with you?” to which she stated yes. As she’s tapping away on her computer she looks up and tells me “looks like we’re all booked up for tonight.” I was too tired to argue. I walked next door to a Marriott property and slept like a baby after a long day of travel. I just started a new job and will be traveling 200 days a year for work. This was my first time using both Expedia & staying at Hampton Inn. I won’t be using either for the next 199 days of travel. Some lessened have to be learned first-hand.
