The room wasn’t cleaned at all or very well. The staff was great though. Got me anything I needed right away. Feel more like a halfway house than a hotel. But it was the only hotel in the general area that I could see.

It was pretty much what I expected. I was only in the area overnight.

Very ran down. Overall Lacked cleanliness . But beds were very comfortable! .

We stayed 1 night and everything was good, front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about anything we asked. Clean and a good hotel.

Straight up dump, stayed there for 1 night to go to a concert locally (pine knob) air conditioner didn't work, both knobs totally stripped, tv remote didn't work, unsafe as hell, outside doors to our room didn't work, all you had to do was pull it hard according to this housekeeper i talked to! Dogs,cats,and full-time residents everywhere! Would have never stayed there if i knew it was a flophouse

The room was filthy. As soon as we entered the room, it smelled musty. The corners of the floor boards had inches of dirt/scum. The jacuzzi tub looked nasty, so I ran the water to try and clean it, also to see if it worked and hair came out of the jets. The ceiling tiles were stained and broken. Some of the walls had stains on them. The air conditioner didn’t work very well, no matter how low the temperature was set.

Got in at 4:30pm running late. Wouldn’t check me in cause he had the wrong check in details. Used my reward night only had to pay tax. He said I owed $79. Showed him my hotels. Com receipt and itinerary. He said what do you want me to do with that ?. Asked for the manager, I was speaking to the manager. Didn’t check me in . I had to go directly to the concert change in my vehicle. What a joke.

Overall clean the shower curtain was to short.and not enough towels had to get more other then that was a nice stay people and staff are friendly. Staff was truly helpful especially the girl who checked us in had a great sense of humor and went right along with my husbands jokes. She was super friendly and made us feel welcome.

Sometimes you get what you pay for. The property was average at best, my room was hot when i got there and the refrigerator in room was too. I tried to adjust the temperature but the refrigerator never cooled down. Luckily my room waa cool when i returned several hours later.

Aged hotel but price was good and it was quiet

A dog 4 rooms down barked all night and nothing was done about it nor did we get any type of reimbursement for someone else’s negligence. Disappointed.

It started off great but ended up leaving hotel and getting a partial refund.. it seemed to be a scam going on because our toilet over flowed and the manager blamed my son.. but the toilet was already broke.. he tried to put us out with no refund then agreed to let us stay one night with partial refund.. then when we got all packed to leave he ask if we want to stay another night and no refund.. I took my partial and left of course.. not to mention the pool was closed the whole time..

Sheets and blanket has blood stains tried to put me in another room that the air conditioning didn't work I took the sheets and blanket back to the first room there was no ice the machine was broken the whole upstairs floor was dirty and smelled like marijuana won't ever stay here again whole property needs updated.

AC didn’t work in the room. I asked to go to another room. They put me in another room, but they didn’t check if the AC worked in there which it did not then I complained they looked at me like I was the problem, being very rude to me. Never stay here.!! At the place has potential, but they’re constantly in a fixup mode and are making zero investment; you’ll be lucky if you find an AC working in a room. I asked for a refund so I could leave they refused, they’ll never see me again.

The mini fridge was sitting in the bathtub. Bugs nearby. Not a great overall feeling of cleanliness throughout.

The service at the front desk was bad. The desk was always empty with a long wait.

Exterior was old and Not maintained, and inside hallways, hot, windows open no air conditioning. Only air in the rooms.

I stayed 3 nights with my infant & I can't say enough positive things about the staff. Everyone I talked to was super helpful & smiled while working. I would definitely stay there again! Plus my room was huge (1 king bed, non-smoking).

Overall our stay was fine, the property is in great need of updating, but there were simple things that could be done to make it better without alot of expense. In the elevator, you can see dirt caked all around the flooring and fingerprints on any metal surface- a good cleaning would solve that. The floor length mirror in our room had splatter marks on it like it was not cleaned properly. The lampshade next to our bed was covered in yellowish stains and the picture of our room showed 5 plush pillows on it, what we recieved were 4 sad looking pillows, that when put together, barely made one normal pillow, and our fridge didnt work, which we didnt know until after we had bought some groceries that needed to be kept cold. These are all simple fixes. But the bed was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Service was great and room was clean. Hotel overall seemed a little dirtier than previous visits. The hallways were so hot and gross though.

Room had an odor, I had no towels, there was a razor left in the bathtub, tv was not working.

The stay was great seamless check-in and other than loud and rude other customers, it was a good place to lay your head.

The room was visibly dirty on the countertops and in the bathroom. There was trash left in the bathroom. There was an insect in the shower. The hallway carpets were disgusting and the stairwells were filled with piles of dirty linen. Bring your own towels because they only give two teeny tiny ones. And an eye mask because the parking lot light shines into the room all night and it is never dark.

I will never stay here again. One of the guests were smoking all night, I could smell it in the hallway and in my room. Hallways were very gross. I got to hear music from other rooms until 6:30 A.M. Room wasn’t the best, floors were dirty, and the bed skirt was stained and gross. Went downstairs to say something to staff but couldn’t find anyone. On the positive I didn’t get bedbugs.

Friendly staffed and clean hotel!

Good location, good price, but not clean. The hallways smell of smoke and spices. Graffiti on signs in the stairwell. My bathroom was not clean. Someone was sleeping in the check in area when I checked out this morning. I will never return.

Property needs a little TLC. It is better than the last time i was there but still needs a bit of work.
