I liked the layout of the room. The shower was nice. Staff was helpful and available whenever we needed.
We saw multiple ants in our room in different places and the pool was very murky, it also tasted like saltwater.

The hotel is across from a landfill, the water in the rooms is cloudy/murky, hotel pool water was cloudy so we didn’t let the kids swim, breakfast area is not maintained during the breakfast hours plus so much waste with plastic cups, plates and plastic silverware, if shower late in the morning there is barely any hot water left.

The staff was great, room size and feel was comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. Little shop in the lobby was also very convenient and not too far from places we went during our stay.
Pool was on the small side and water was cold, no hot tub. Bathroom floor was dirty and there were huge stains on the pull out bed. Guests in the room next to us were incredibly loud through the middle of the night, but that's no fault of the hotel's. Sunday morning there was not enough breakfast out for all the guests that were trying to eat, there wasn't much left at all only halfway through the set breakfast time.

Facial towelettes for face wash were nice.
Gave you tea bags, but nothing to heat water in, or instructions to use the little coffee maker for hot water.
No do not disturb sign.
Dead bolt didn't work on door. Although felt secure.
Large gash in cushion on couch. A bit unsightly to guest. When mentioned at checkout, said it was on order to fix.

It could have been a little better in restocking and the trash was overflowing both mornings.
For the price U think daily room service should be provided.

Rooms were very spacious. Pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was amazing. Had great choices. Staff was very nice.

There was not a good place to do makeup. Couch not comfortable, would have preferred 2 lounge chairs.

The hotel hosted our family for Thanksgiving 2022. The Assistant General Manager, Jessica was AWESOME. She was readily available, WHENEVER I needed her. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. They made sure our rooms were all together and assisted each of us when needed. The ENTIRE experience was GREAT from booking to check out!!

big room, nice shower, breakfast available
the bed sheets had not been changed from the guest before and there where hair in the bed, I slept on the couch. the air con /heating was noisy/ coffee at breakfast was not refilled

The eggs were pretty good & the chocolate milk was very good.
Do not care for Turkey sausage. regular sausage or bacon would have been better.

Breakfast was good, location was good, the rooms had nice amenities.
When we first arrived, we were given a room that had an oder and the sofa bed was cover in stains, the mattress had a big urine stain on it, it was not clean at all. Even though they corrected the problem by giving me another room, I was given a hard time because the hotel was almost booked and I was told because of short supplies of sofa beds, some rooms couldn’t get clean sofa beds. They should be renting the dirty rooms that smelled if that was the case. However, problems solved.

Location was central to the places we planned on visiting. The rooms were clean and plenty of outlets for our devices.
An exercise bike in the fitness room would be great. The scrambled eggs for breakfast weren't good. The sausages needed to brown.

Breakfast was great and room wonderful size and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff.
A little cleaner - dusty shelves in sink area where blow dryer kept. Also a personal hygiene item from previous client left on shelf of bedside table (far in the back of it).
