Herbie was awesome! The property was spotless inside and out.. was ready to go.. Always answered promptly. Location is great quiet backstreet right on the water.. 4-5 minute uber to everything.. Thank you for everything

Check in was easy and communication with host was great. The house was clean. We needed to get some paper towels, but otherwise well stocked. There were several things that needed maintenance. For example the master bedroom showerhead is held on with zip ties. Upstairs windows are broken and with a label saying don't use because they are broken. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart. The air conditioning worked very well, but we did have an issue with not having control of it. The host has the thermostats locked and you have to text him to change the temperature. This was an issue for us because we had young children in the upstairs room and we discovered that room got very cold while the rest of the house was comfortable. Lastly we didn't like the camera in the entryway. We understand the need for security, but a camera with a microphone should never be inside a short term rental unit. Overall we enjoyed the house and the location, just wished the house was better maintained for the amount we paid to stay.

Communication with host was great. Very attentive and responded quickly to questions. House is well maintained and and clean. Parking is a bit tight with only one car fitting in front of house.

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend and it was everything we thought it was going to be. Beautiful view of the water, close walking distance to a fun outdoor bar, and close to multiple casinos. 10/10 would recommend!

The house overall has everything and the communication with the owner was prompt. The only miss that I think it should be resolved somehow is the idea of TV/ Cable omission. If the weather (high tide and such) cannot be prevented the clear advertise of TV/ Cable should be fixed..

Herbie was a wonderful host to rent from. He was communicative and responsive to any and all inquiries before, during and after my stay. The property itself is very well kept and offers some beautiful views of the marina. Conveniently located for any and all casinos. Was nice to stay in one place all together as opposed to separate hotel rooms and having 4 bathrooms for 7 women really came in handy. Five stars across the board!

Herbie is terrific and very helpful with the area. His place is exactly like the photos. The big plus for us was all the bathrooms and everyone could use them at once and NEVER run out of hot water! Great getaway for a family get together. We would rent from him again.

The view from the porch was amazing and we got to catch some fireworks at night time! Plenty of room for everyone. Correspondence with the owner was great. No complaints.

This property is in a gorgeous spot right on the water, and its proximity to the AC boardwalk and various beaches is unmatched. The house was even more spacious than it looked in photos, and it fit the ten of us comfortably. Thanks very much to Herbie for the great spot and keeping it so well-maintained! We would happily come here again.

A group of us stayed for a weekend in July. Communication with the property manager/owner was great and checking in and out was super easy!!! The house is just a short drive or uber ride to the boardwalk/casinos. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The layout was perfect with plenty of space, large open kitchen/dining room and living room and bathrooms on every floor. The balconies and views were amazing!!!!! Thank you so much Herbie, everything was perfect!!!!

Everything was exactly as advertised. Only issue was the thermostat going up over 75 but Herbie adjusted it down as soon as I messaged him.

Me and my friends had a great time staying here! The house was very spacious, and we loved all the balconies. The living room had a great view of the water. The kitchen was great for making breakfast and lunch for everyone. The house was quite hot when we first arrived, but once we asked the host to turn on the ac it was better. He was very good at communication and always responded quickly when we messaged him. There is some construction on across the street but we were still able to find nearby parking and it did not affect our trip.

My Husband and I usually travel abroad with our grown children, each having their own hotel room, but everyone still able to have their own space on vacation. But then came Covid, and traveling out of the country was impossible. Our kids suggested we rent a house, but we weren't sold on the idea because we can be a bit particular about cleanliness, amenities and location. But after reading about Herbie's spectacular reviews, we decide to give it go! I'm so glad we did because our entire family was able to gather safely under one roof and enjoy a great weekend. A total of 10 adult all slept comfortably and the common areas were spacious. Herbie was exactly as he was described by other renters, his top priority was to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, for example. I noticed a kurig was available in the promotional pictures for the rental property, so I only bought coffee pods with me. But when we arrived at the property, there was only a traditional coffe machine. I texted Herbie to simply inform him about the coffee situation and within a hour, I had a kurig delivered to the house! You couldn't get that type of speedy service at a hotel with 5 diamonds! The Best End of summer! This maybe the start of a new family tradition! Thanks Herbie!
