The advertised extras got me there, the bonuses & service will bring me back again. It's in a great location, close to bike paths if you use their bikes.

Staff was great, they remembered me for a stay a month and a half previously. Finding it more cost effective to fly in and fly out the same day with the cost (generally) in BC since Airbnb and Brno rules have changed. The price for 1 night is equal to flights, and then there’s gas and parking.

Right in front of the train station and 3 minutes walk from the waterfront!
The staff is incredibly nice, the food very good. The free location of the electric bikes is so perfect to go around Stanley Park.

The Hotel was very nice and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful if I’m ever in Canada i would definitely come back. This hotel was close to many restaurants and close to the river.

Opus Hotel is in a great location - close to the aqua bus and the seawall. The free electric bikes are a fantastic amenity. We also got a significant daily food credit and the breakfasts were tasty. Each staff person was friendly and solicitious. A great place to stay!

Overall, it was a good stay. The folks working the front desk were very friendly and made you feel welcome. Great area!

The service, staff and surroundings were great! It was very noisy however likely due to the Olympics beginning and pride fest. But the property and room was perfect and gorgeous. Thank you!

The staff was welcoming, helpful and kind. I received a glass of rosé while checking in and the front desk attendant kindly marked a map for me highlighting areas to visit. Breakfast (veggie frittata and almond milk latte) was absolutely delicious. My room was charming, quiet and very clean, The bed was comfy. I also enjoyed morning coffee in my room. Great people, great property, great stay.

A nice hotel - I didn’t interact with staff much, which is fine.
I had a street view 👍 busy neighbourhood but I didn’t hear any noises and slept well.
Yaletown has good energy and I enjoyed my stay at the Opus.

Small hotel, clean and conveniently located.
Part of the VIP perks through Expedia that was advertised was ‘free’ breakfast. This is misleading , please note what you get is a $30/day/person credit to your room bill so you will be charged extras over that amount which you spend on breakfast when you check out.
But there are plenty of great restaurants around that you can get a great breakfast for way cheaper.
I liked the central location, the hotel itself was fine.

It’s hard to imagine a better location or friendlier staff. Almost door to door service from YVR Airport to the hotel via the SkyTrain. Lots of great restaurants surround the hotel and just a 5 minute walk to the waterfront. To top it off, the hotel offers free e-bike rental for you to ride along the waterfront all the way out and around Stanley Park! We lived this place and will be back.

Toilet overflowed first couple hours we were there and seeped out to the carpet. Couldn’t get another room until next day because they were sold out. That was the only issue. They did comp us a credit for food for the weekend. Everyone was very nice.

Great service. The team welcomed me and were very helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also amazing.
Highly recommend and will be back.

The rooms are tacky and feel unclean.
We had to move rooms because the first space was unacceptable.
The lounge staff was outright rude and I felt very unwelcome there.
However, the front desk staff I found to be so friendly and helpful.
I will not return because the rooms just aren’t up to par for me but again the front desk staff are top notch.
