Room and bathroom was spacious. The A/C controls worked and were easy to use. The room was only superficially clean. Bathroom shower doors clearly not wiped down; bathroom floor was dirty when wiped down with a towel. Breakfast buffet was mediocre at best with "eggs" inedible and again, only superficially clean. Service at the desk was friendly, agreeable and efficient with water bottles and cookies at check-in. Biggest pluses are reasonable price for the area and convenient access to I-95.

Wednesday and Thursday nights were great, very quiet, had a good nights sleep BUT Friday and Saturday night it was just too much with the partying. Loud music coming from other rooms and parties seemed to spill out into the hallways. Saturday night the noise didn’t stop until 4:30 AM. Unfortunately I needed to be up by 5 AM to catch my flight home, so basically very little sleep during my last night in Florida. I haven’t had this experience at other Hampton Inn locations, so maybe it’s just this area? Anyway, very tired and not feeling well now after such a terrible nights sleep. Ugh

The property is in a convenient location for shopping and there'a ample parking.

It was very clean and quiet. It was perfect for my quick stay to visit family. It was easy to get down to 10th Street in Deerfield to visit my family there.

My stay was amazing. That hotel is extremely clean, the staff is amazing especially ms. Janet very well mannered, polite, and treated me like I mattered. I will definitely be staying there alot more.

Our room was comfortable, and well supplied with towels and wash cloths by Ms Mary. The bed spreads were need of a wash. It had stains from previous visitors. Aside from that, the stay was perfect!

A trip alarm went off waking us in the morning of our last day. The sound was loud and very annoying. We had to call the desk to get it turned off. Otherwise the stay was great! The lady at the desk, Barbara was especially friendly!😊

Good overall

There was a death in the family and, while my parents and I were taking care of logistics, we stayed at the Hampton Inn Boca/Deerfield and the experience was TERRIBLE. Here's why: 1. The door jams were so sticky, I had bruises on each shoulder from trying to slam them open. I still have no idea how my 70something parents managed to go in and out. 2. Housekeeping didn't come for THREE DAYS. 3. We requested new towels multiple times and only when I went down to the front desk, did they hand me a pile of new linens. 4. My parents fridge was so cold, it froze everything inside. 5. My fridge couldn't hold the temperature and was actively melting each time I opened the door. 6. The toilet leaked and left puddles of water all over the slick tile floor. 7. A clerk scolded me for having my service dog with me while I attempted to grab a yogurt from the pitiful breakfast station. She was super rude, condescending, and then proceeded to talk smack about me to whoever her friend working at the front desk because I COULD HEAR HER from the coffee station. 8. At 7:30AM on the morning we checked out, the fire alarm blasted after someone's waffle caught on fire in the toaster during the free continental breakfast. Before Covid, my family stayed here numerous times and were impressed by the cleanliness and service. This time? There should be a rating BELOW poor to describe my experience. Expedia should really do something to make this right.

Property was clean and staff courteous and helpful. Spoke to one guest who had the catalytic converter cut from their car in the parking lot. Staff said there were no outside cameras.

I don’t always know what I’ll get when I book a room at Hilton, but if it’s a Hampton Inn, I know I can sleep easy.

The staff was nice, the fitness center needs an update and the pic on the website has more equipment, no towels at the pool the lobby smells gross, pool is a mosquito graveyard, the snack store is overpriced and contains unappealing food. The room cleaners do a great job, but the laundry room needs a cleaning. Filtered water bottle fountain in lobby is a huge plus.
