The property offers maid service every day on request. When I checked in a requested it. I returned to my room Monday night and my key didn't work. After going to the front desk to have my key reprogrammed, I returned to my room to discover it hadn't been made up. The front desk offered to try and see if there was a maid still working and send them up, but I declined. Let's face it, the maid has been working all day, just like I have. I stay here a couple of times a year and it's usually great. Just a little disappointed this time.

Was a nice hotel and the area we wanted and was good with the dog we brought but the fact that housekeeping did not attend to our room and for the second day of trip and not told of this was disappointing.

This property is advertised as remodeled but I found it to be in terrible shape. It is old and worn and the room had severable worn or broken items. Additionally, upon arrival, I found hair and nails in the bathroom. I'll never stay here again and will be sure to warn others with various reviews.

We were offer d this hotel, since our original was cancelled due to water leak. The staff was so kind and we enjoyed the pool. Clean and So much parking. We loved it.

Room and bathroom was spacious. The A/C controls worked and were easy to use. The room was only superficially clean. Bathroom shower doors clearly not wiped down; bathroom floor was dirty when wiped down with a towel. Breakfast buffet was mediocre at best with "eggs" inedible and again, only superficially clean. Service at the desk was friendly, agreeable and efficient with water bottles and cookies at check-in. Biggest pluses are reasonable price for the area and convenient access to I-95.

Hotel is very good. Staff is very nice. The location is off the beating path but overall a good spot to stay if you don’t mind doing a lot of driving. The deposit was $100 which is good that they don’t hold a lot of funds on your credit card.

Wednesday and Thursday nights were great, very quiet, had a good nights sleep BUT Friday and Saturday night it was just too much with the partying. Loud music coming from other rooms and parties seemed to spill out into the hallways. Saturday night the noise didn’t stop until 4:30 AM. Unfortunately I needed to be up by 5 AM to catch my flight home, so basically very little sleep during my last night in Florida. I haven’t had this experience at other Hampton Inn locations, so maybe it’s just this area? Anyway, very tired and not feeling well now after such a terrible nights sleep. Ugh

It was very clean and quiet. It was perfect for my quick stay to visit family. It was easy to get down to 10th Street in Deerfield to visit my family there.

Our room was comfortable, and well supplied with towels and wash cloths by Ms Mary. The bed spreads were need of a wash. It had stains from previous visitors. Aside from that, the stay was perfect!

Hotel and staff were great . Pool could have been a bit cleaner but still nice . The fire alarm went off early on our stay but it was a non emergency and all handled it well

A trip alarm went off waking us in the morning of our last day. The sound was loud and very annoying. We had to call the desk to get it turned off. Otherwise the stay was great! The lady at the desk, Barbara was especially friendly!😊
