Convenient location. Not the cleanest building or hallway. Okay for one night stay.

poor staff. had food required being placed in freezer, was placed in refrigerator and food deteriorated and was taken by TSA at Laguardia Airport. Have staff that speaks and understands English.

If you have a high expectation of hotel cleanliness, this is not your choice. Besides cleanliness, you can get close to restaurants and metro stations with walking distance. Easy accessible.

The hotel parking lot only holds 3 cars. You can park overnight at the Tangram mall parking garage around the block. Nice hotel to stay in Chinatown

I had a Delta cancelation at JFK so I stayed here for 1 night. It was perfect.

The rooms need a little work but were very clean and perfect for 1 night and walking distance to Citifield. We felt safe and comfortable in the area. We enjoyed the dining ootions open late which was a plus after seeing a concert. Would definitely recommend!

An ideal location to explore the Chinese town of Flushing, NY.
A good choice to stay and travel NYC through the subway system without paying big money.
A reasonable stay to enjoy local food choices.
Surprisingly clean facility for an aged hotel with friendly staff.
A three-car parking option in front of the hotel is ridiculous.
A public parking option right next to the hotel is good between 10PM and 7AM and Sunday, so you do not want to bring your car here.
Speed limits in Queens, NY, is 25 miles/hr, and it is strictly enforced by numbers of cameras.
Bed was firm and clean.
Breakfast was basic, but the hotle offers good coffee.

There were bed bugs in the bed and our skin has so many rashes. There was also no water available in the entire hotel. We used expedia and usually have great experience with it but this was a terrible hotel

The hotel met my very simple needs. The gentleman for the overnight shift was very nice considering I checked in at 3am. I also really liked how the hotel is within a few steps to the subway (one long ride to Times Square) and a dumpling place that was open until 4am. I was starving when I arrived and lucky that this resto was still open.
